Super comfortable for someone with overpronation while not giving up the springy quality of a new running shoe

This shoe feels good from my feet, to my knees, to my hips. I just turned 66, mapped out a 5 mi route and do a walk/jog in 1.25 hrs about 3x a week. Goal is to run another half marathon with my daughter.

Great shoe. Most comfortable and supportive I have found and the Adrenaline seems to be the best match to my foot within the Brooks line up. I have a high instep and average to higher arch. Proper support, balance and relief of shin pain have been accomplished with my commitment to these shoes. Only negative is they do wear somewhat more quickly than expected but that is a small price for the benefits noted above.

Great fit, cushioning and love the style.

My husband and I work in a grocery store standing/walking eight hours a day. When his feet started hurting, I bought him Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21, (I have the Adrenaline 20) and he loves them. No more foot pain and the support is great.

Hands down best running shoes I've ever had. Tried ASICS nimbus 19 and 20s. Tried Brooks ghost 20. All solid running shoes but this Adrenaline GTS 21 shoes slips on my foot like a glove. Light, airy, and comfortable.

I bought some 21s last year and loved them right out of the box! They were some of the most comfortable running shoes I've owned. For my birthday this year I asked for some 22s, despite a lot of negative reviews on here about the 22s. I assumed the 22s would be even better than the 21s. Wrong! The 22s were very uncomfortable and I couldn't even walk more than .5 miles without my feet killing methe negative reviews were right! If I would have paid for them, I'd want my money back. Though the 22s struck out, I bought some 21s again and they're fantastic. I'd highly recommend the 21s, but the 22s we're terrible

true fit with good bounce and excellent comfort alleviated some pain I was experiencing in foot/knee with my nike pegasus will second some reviews in that the toes pop inward sometimes odd but not a dealbreaker

Bought the 2019 for a trip to NYC and after wearing for two years thought I needed to up grade. What an upgrade. Need another pair before the price goes up.

Absolutely the most comfortable shoe I've ever walked on. It as I were walking on a cloud.

Destroyed me. I have been wearing Brooks for 12 years now and attempted to upgrade my regular Ghost 21's for my Las Vegas 1/2 Marathon with the Adrenaline GTS 21's. I selected these primarily based upon the fact they had superb cushion and shock reviews. I ran with them on my Sole F 85 Treadmill several times for 5+ mile preps, and all was fine. As Race day unfolded, I was never winded and never cramped but as I entered mile 9 I was just trying to ignore the pain in my feet. I finished under 2 hours but limped back to the hotel. It doesn't mean this footwear is bad, perhaps just not right for me. Ghost 21's forever.
