These Brooks are my husband’s third pair I’ve purchased for him to wear for work. He has recently changed job positions from one that had him always on the move, often jogging even, from one end of his work campus to the other several times a day, to a lab in which he stands in one location for hours. In both jobs, these shoes have been a Godsend for his feet, legs, and back. They are comfortable, shock absorbing, and supportive even with his low arches. They’re all around awesome shoes. The fit, comfort and durability has been consistent in all three pairs. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for especially when it comes to shoes. They’re priced consistently with what you’d expect to pay for a high end, great performing tennis shoe. An added plus-we’ve purchased the black/pearl and the charcoal gray before, and in addition to their awesome functionality, they are very nice looking, stylish shoes. I bought the navy/red this time, and my husband wasn’t sure he’d like them, but when they came in, he LOVED them. They are really sharp looking shoes.

My husband has been wearing these shoes for over 10 years. He switched to these after the Brooks Beast got too expensive. At first he used them for running and needed good cushioning since he’s on the bigger side for a runner as he lifts weights. He now uses them for walking the pavement on the hills around our neighborhood. He tried the Brooks Ghost for a short while but came back to these.

Absolutely the most comfortable shoe I?ve ever walked on. It as I were walking on a cloud.

Destroyed me. I have been wearing Brooks for 12 years now and attempted to upgrade my regular Ghost 21's for my Las Vegas 1/2 Marathon with the Adrenaline GTS 21's. I selected these primarily based upon the fact they had superb cushion and shock reviews. I ran with them on my Sole F 85 Treadmill several times for 5+ mile preps, and all was fine. As Race day unfolded, I was never winded and never cramped but as I entered mile 9 I was just trying to ignore the pain in my feet. I finished under 2 hours but limped back to the hotel. It doesn't mean this footwear is bad, perhaps just not right for me. Ghost 21's forever.

Excellent Ride. No knee or ankle issues, particularly after being broken in. I have found that the shoes are best after being broken in. I spend a couple of days just walking in them before I run. Since I am a trainer, I spend a lot of time on my feet. This is an effective break in and then I run. Works well in my opinion. I have used this shoe for years through its different iterations.

The GTS20 was amazing. Good support and comfortable feel. The 2- shoe box at the toe broke down and lost shape. The show ran larger than it's predecessor and lost the roomy but comfortable fit I'd come to expect. Wished I could get the 20s again

Bought this shoe several times. I liked the original one better more supportive but this one is good. I use another insole -- an arch support insole.

Fantastic running shoes for stability, support, and comfort. Have tried many of the top brands including ASICS, Nike and Saucony. Brooks is far and away the best I have ever worn. I have not had sore knees, hips, or back now in over 800 miles of using Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21, that is just since August 2021, and this model looks great too. About the only complaint would be the soles wear quickly with primary treadmill use, but I suppose that is normal for any running shoe. Great shoes and I have found my home in these Brooks.

The shoe helped stabilize my feet and keep me balanced. I can tell I won't be rolling any ankles anytime soon! I feel secure and my feet are happy with the support and cushions.

At least a 4, possibly a 5. So far I have been "breaking them in" with 3 to 4 miles walks. This next week they will become my primary running shoe. I am looking forward to it. They are both soft and firm - supportive would be the best way of describing them. Love the feel.

I love the support and bounce you get with these shoes. I have wide feet and the wide is perfect for me. They are light on the feet. I can wear these for a double shift and they still feel comfortable by the end of the day. Adrenaline is by far the best brook shoe

This is my second pair of adrenaline gts 21s in Black/Blue Jewel/Nightlife color combo. They feel great and provide just the right amount of support for my running style. I?d give them a 5 star review, but one of the laces broke within 2 weeks and I couldn?t get a replacement from Brooks, although they did say I could just return the shoes. I guess I?ll just wear them with mismatched laces, which is a shame because they?re a pretty cool looking color combo as made.

THe show is a good. I look at it as between the Hoka Rincon 3 and The Brooks Revel 5 in terms of cushion and support. The Revel 5 is neutral, whereas, the Rincon 3 provides A LOT of cushion to the runner.

My 2 pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS20 fit perfectly but the GTS21 are too big in the heel and that makes them uncomfortable.

Adrenaline GTS 21 was my fourth choice, because the Ghost 14 and Glycerin 19 and GTS 19 were out of stock.
