This shoe is very comfortable. Haven?t broke them in completely. Seem a little stuff for my liking but an amazing shoe.

Not as good as the GTS 20. The fit of the 21 is more similar to the Ghosts, which (for me) are narrower and a bit stiffer. The tongue design on this version also causes the toe box to pull and dimple/deform.

Much heavier than prior version. Felt like I was running in wet cement. First time ever I got new shoes and my running times lowed down.

Bought the adrenaline because of planter faciatis. They seem to help.

Fit decent, but it isn't as comfortable as they used to be. Plus, the colors this year (and previous years) are just boring as heck. I wouldn't dare run in these at night. The reflectors are tiny and hardly visible. None of these colors are visible enough at night (I don't count white, neon is much more visible).

Another winning update by Brooks! I just ran a marathon in these yesterday. Great shoe!

This is the best looking, supportive, agile, comfortable, stable, and well cushioned Adrenaline, yet. You have a winning formula for this pair, don't screw it up, Brooks. Gonna cop a second pair of the all White color way, looks great.

Looks better than my old Adrenaline GTS19. And feels just as nice- soft and springy.

19 was great, 20 better and 21 continues the trend! Perfect balance of weight, support and stability.

I've been wearing Asics Gel-Kayano's for years.......this is my first pair of Adrenaline GTS 21's. They're perfect...... I'm very pleased. I'm not a runner, but am a serious walker and the Adrenaline GTS is simply superior to the Asics.

WOW, where do I begin, I use to wear the Ghost 13, but felt toe box was too big and didn't have much support in the foot when running and some lateral instability. These shoes have fixed all of my problems, super comfortable, VERY stable from heal to toe strike. Even work out with this. Shoes can't get any better. Thank you!!!!

I usually wear a 9 in a Nike but a 9.5 in a Brooks was perfect. About a month agao I bought my first pair of Brooks, the Adrenaline 2020 and they were the most comfortable sneakers I have ever bought. I liked them so much that I just bought a pair of Adrenaline 2021 and they are even better.

I’ve been running in Adrenaline’s since the 13’s. That model felt amazing and I’ve bought every model since then. A few models were better than others. I was very hopeful for these, but they’re not the best and I’m already looking for a new alternate pair of running shoes. I love that these come in wide widths, but they seem to pick the ugliest colors for the wide widths and this year is no exception.

Great choice. Good fit, light, fun to train in. Have not run in 5 years, but used to be a fairly active half marathon participant. Brooks Addiction 8 was my last trainer. Having aged past 70 and gained some Covid weight, I decided to try the Adrenaline GTS 21. I just started baseline buildup for a 5K. After 12 miles of interval training on pavement (including 3 in the rain) I love the shoes. They are light, comfortable and have great traction.

I used the manufactures site to decide on what model of shoe to buy. I have bad knees and have to be careful with shoe picks. The ghost model was a much better fit. Too bad I’m stuck with these now. They do not have a walking on clouds feel as described on manufacture site. Very uncomfortable footbed. Probably the worst shoe I’ve ever put on. Very stylish, it’s only saving grace in my opinion.

Brooks Adrenaline shoes have been one of the few brands that are comfortable on my feet for all day wear. I don't use them for running exclusively but they are extremely comfortable and supportive. The 21's are even better than the 20's and are the only ones that outperform the 19's. Excellent shoes so far.

I have had the GTS 18, GTS 20 and loved them. I purchased the GTS 21 and they have been awful because the toe box is more flexible so it presses down agaijst my toes. There's a weird indentation that causes the toe box to rub against my toes. It's awful. I returned my first pair thinking it was a mistake and the next pair fit the same way. Going to be going with another pair of GTS 20s.

I usually run/walk in the Ghost 13 and I absolutely love that shoe. That said there are times when I need a shoe with a little more stability and the Adrenaline 21 fits the bill perfectly. The guide rails work perfectly for me when I them. The upper is more roomy than the Ghost and is incredibly comfortable. The toe box is perfect and I love the mesh in the upper. The padding in the heel and tongue is spot on. This shoe is so comfortable you can wear it all day. The Ghost 13 and the Adrenaline 21 are definitely the two best running shoes for me. I love these shoes!

I have very flat-feet and been a gym treadmill runner for 20+ years. I am now aged 66. Since the pandemic shutdown, most days, I have been running 5K with 63m gradient. That wore out my Adrenaline 18s. The 21s are just as good as the 18s over the first 50 miles - knees, ankles, feet are doing fine. I am also doing backyard steps - 16 up/down for 60 times...that is okay with the 21s, too. I have replaced the stock Brooks insoles with Sole insoles.

To be fair, I haven't been able to try a pair of these yet. These are the only shoe's that seem to help with my PF. I am going to say that I'm not a fan of not having the standard blue and grey version in width 4E. They have been available every year, for at least the last 6-7 years that I have been wearing Adrenaline's. The black and white is ok, but you already have an black version in 4E. Why would you further limit color patterns for people who have wide feet, by discontinuing other models? I'm hoping you guys are adding the 4E blue/grey pattern later for this model. If so, it would be awesome to see a response of some sort.

Upgrade over the 20s. The improved guide rail, lighter shoe, and better fit make it a very large upgrade over the 20s. I didn't think they could get better. Brookes did it again.

I've been running in the Adrenaline GTS line for more than 5 years. All of the updates, including the most recent enhancements on the 21 have been modest and are consistent with the original fit/function of the shoe. The tongue does feel a little more narrow, but remains comfortable. I'm 5'11" 185 lbs, run between 60-85 miles/month and like the structure of the shoe. It's light and comfortable. As a heel striker, I notice the soft landing particularly when I put on a new pair. Shoes show very little wear, still feel very comfortable when they get wet and dry exceptionally fast after. For me, fit is true to sizing. I moved to these after many years in Asics and will stay with the Adrenaline.
