I like this very much but it?s not as cushioning as I hoped to.

Most confortable running shoes ever love them

I have a foot problem and it?s root cause came from buying too small of shoes at an early age. These running shoes are the first ones that I brought wide enough for my feet. That alone has eliminated more than half my pain. I brought a second pair and haven?t even worn the first pair three times. So far, great shoes

I've worn Brooks for years. They have been my favorite manufacturer. I've worn other brands and always came back to brooks, but for me, I think I am done. I think that I am now a tweener when comes to Brooks sizing. My last pair always felt a bit to big, so I tried a smaller half-size down. I brought them home and they felt great but too short. I exchanged them for a larger size and they are just not comfortable. Your website recommends buying shoes a half-size to full-size larger. My foot shifts and twists inside the shoe; forget inclines. I found a old pair that were about three years old and wore them the other day and the size was perfect. Finally, i am not sure about the quality of materials. The uppers look dirty and worn after only a couple of weeks.

Been running with the Ghost 9,10,11,12?s and liked the way they fit my foot. Got the GTS 21, and they fit my foot even better with what seems to be a higher arch support.

Love it! Thinking about buying more

I?ve been a big fan of the GTS - only shoe I?ve worn for last 6 years, I believe - but these miss the mark for me. Much softer than previous versions and feels like I have zero support. My feet are all over the place. Also - the second the toes get even a minimal amount of moisture from the outside, it goes immediately through the shoe and into my socks. They just don?t feel as solid as what I?m used to. Hoping I can still get my hands on the 20 because these just aren?t cutting it for me.

These shoes are comfortable and I like the fit better dan GTS20. One thing I do NOT like about the GTS21 compared to the GTS20 that when walking on wet surface the front is more slippery. Is it the different design of the sole, or is it harder rubber so it wears less?

Fit great, comfy and have ran well and helped with my knee pain.

Great feeling shoe - easily the best yet. But utterly uninspiring colors. It's almost like Brooks looked around and realized they had way to much white and black dye...and decided to launch a decidedly bland collection.

These are the best running shoes I've ever owned, and I've been a casual runner for 50 years. As 73 yrars of age, I find they offer more support and cushion for an old runner like myself. Totally satisfied.

Great shoes, super comfortable. This is my third pair, and I will definitely be gettiing a fourth.

i've been running for 5 years, tried various brands but i find Brooks works best for me. i tried the Glycerin but they are not stable enough- i am somewhat flat-footed and need stability (have mild case of Plantar fasciitis )- i have used the ghost 12 and 13s for awhile but was looking for a bit more stability and found it with the GTS - 21- better feel, more stable, less pressure on my P. Fac...- this shoes feels lightweight enough like the Ghost so each stride is easy and smooth. very well made shoe- will continue using the Adrenaline for years to come- thanks BROOKS !!!!!!!!

Great shoe and delivers on performance!

Good shoes. I like how the 21 design doesn?t have the weird white stripe in the front that 20 had. Hopefully this is a sign 2021 will be a better year.

These shoes are fantastic. You are able to feel the different muscles in your legs being worked. Also my legs don't feel as tired after a workout. This is my first pair of Brooks I have bought but not the last. Worth the money.

I have worn Adrenaline GTS for years. I walk 6-8 miles each day, and this shoe, the wide toe box, and the support are excellent.

I am a 51 yo, casual runner trying to log in 15 miles a week for my health. This is my 6th or 7th pair of GTS's, going back to the first model. My only real complaint about this model is the limited color options. I have only had a chance to run in them a couple of times due to an ice storm we recently had, but they feel good on my feet. The guide rails on the GTS 20's took me some time to get used to. Either I am used to them, or these are better. I love the new support going from ball of foot to my big toe; that is a spot that starts to wear out on me. The lacing system seems a little better than the GTS 20 as well, although maybe it is the same. My foot fits in this shoe better I think. I have seem some reviews that thought this shoe ran about 1/2 a size too small, that might be true, but it worked out in my favor. Not sure what I think of the shape of the tongue of the shoe yet. Mesh is light an airy. In general love the shoe.

I suffered an Achilles rupture in 2019 so was afraid to return to running, these helped immensely, physically and mentally, they are so soft and springy and full of cushioning

Lighter than the 20s and just as comfortable! Very supportive. Toe reinforcement material has changed from prior models and is not as stiff - caused some mild pinching on big toe initially but customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue!
