Very comfortable! Good support

At first I loved these shoes. However, within less than three months of purchase the fabric around the heel completely ripped apart and exposed sharp plastic to the back of my heel. This caused me to have blisters and there’s no way for me to fix the shoes. Everything else I loved about the shoes but that was very disappointing since I can No longer wear them.

Third pair of Brooks (Ghost 12 & 13). Will never wear another brand.

Love the Ghost 13! I’ve been wearing the Brooks Ghost line since the Ghost 8 came out, and the Ghost 13s are the best I’ve worn since the Ghost 8! And thank you, Zappos, for getting my order straight! I ordered a pair of the Ghost 13 and the shoes hadn’t arrived 4 days after the promised date. I reached out to Zappos and without hesitation they offered to refund me or send out a new pair. I chose for them to send a new pair and I received them within 2 business days. Great customer service, Zappos!!

I consistently purchase this brand and style for running. These are even more comfortable than the last pair, so whatever they've upgraded, is fantastic. I feel like the back behind the ankle doesn't rub like it used to.

These are the most comfortable running shoes I’ve tried yet. Great support and cushion. I’m a true size 9 (medium width) in a sneaker and that’s what I ordered and they fit perfect. They look great too!

I really wanted to love this shoe. The style was nice and the quality of construction was excellent. Unfortunately, I couldn't walk in them. There was no support at all under the toe area and it gave me the sensation that I was leaning forward. This was my first purchase of Brooks shoes and the first pair of shoes where I've experienced this issue. Not sure if I got a defective pair or if that's how they're supposed to fit, but it didn't work for me.

Disappointed in the quality of these. I’ve had two pairs and on both of them the fabric around the collar developed holes. I’ve worn Ghosts for ten years but I’m going to try another brand. I always bought these a half size bigger.

My favorite running shoe!! This is my third pair.

Just know they’re not waterproof. I walked through grass with heavy dew and got soaked. Also wish they had more arch support. I’ve had foot and back problems since wearing them regularly. They’re comfy and attractive but I think I need more.
