I'm training for my first marathon and upgraded to the Ghost 13 after moving from running more trails to doing more road work. I'd previously run in the Cascadia 13 - it was comfy but a little narrow in the middle so I opted for a WIDE Ghost 13 in size 14. I knew from the first time I tried it on this was my shoe, it fit perfectly. I cannot imagine there's many shoes as plush as this one. My foot glides right in, it feels smooth and cool inside but somehow never manages to move since my heel is locked in place so comfortably. The cushioning is extremely forgiving on the feet and knees - thus far I've run distances of 7,6,7, 18, and 6 and have had no major aches and pains. In fact, there's been entire stretches of these runs where I don't feel the shoes at all. If I had one criticism of the shoe it has to do with the aesthetic and not the construction of it...the wide sizes leave a lot to be desired when it comes to looks. These wide models feel like they would've been contemporary 12 years ago, and it's especially disappointing because the regular models offer some really rad colorways. I'm definitely jealous of the colorway that's been most prominently featured, the cool grey upper with teal notes would've been my first choice. Overall, I can't recommend the Ghost 13 enough. I'm 6'1 , 235lbs with bowlegs and feet that splay out...it's really hard for me to find a shoe that fits comfortably AND doesn't hurt when I run. Somehow this shoe achieves both goals. I'll surely run in Ghosts long after my marathon training is over.

Right amount of cushion and support! And the color is amazing!

OMG! I love these. I keep going back to Ghost because I have bilateral plantar fasciitis and a wide foot. These running shoes come in a wider width and whatever new cushioning and sole has been created on these over the version from 9 months ago is FANTASTIC! My feet have never been more comfortable. I easily put my orthotic inserts in these, as well. I walk/ jog between 5 to 6 miles a day. So, I'm not a runner, per se.

I'm not a runner, but a walker and worker they are super comfortable, roomy and breathable, I will be ordering more.

I don?t actually wear these for running, I am a school nurse and use them for the great support I need in the health room!

I have bad feet but when i wear this shoes i can walk and my feet do not hurt

Like the many previous versions to Ghost that I have, the Ghost 13 felt great the minute I put them on. Supportive, flexible, and just plain awesome. I don't want to take them off!

True confessions: I?m not a runner! But I am a fitness walker who has been walking about 4.4 miles 6-7 days a week since quarantine. I used old sneakers and bought a new pair thinking they?d do the trick...the trick being no pain or twinges or aches in my feet, shins and hips. That trick became my reality this morning after purchasing the Ghost 13 yesterday! I am over the moon happy with these running shoes and cannot thank Brooks for creating them! I especially appreciated the little quiz that evaluated what shoe would be best for me!

love these shoes! most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I'm a nurse on my feet for 12 hours at a time and swear by them.

Absolutely love the feel of being in these shoes. Great for jogging inside in the treadmill and outside on the pavement. Feels so secure. Great look and feel.

Due to foot & ankle injury 2 days before I started wearing these so the verdict isn't in until I get back to walking. I did go with the ghost 13 Wide and I'm certain this is just what I should have gotten to begin with.

This shoe is everything I love about the ghost line-perfect cusioning, roomy without being loose, feels light on the foot. It's a definite improvement over the 12, which had a weird bulk in the heel area that never felt "right." These are my go-to long run shoes. Love them.

These shoes give me life! I?m a nurse and the wrong shoe can make a 12-16 hour shift miserable. These make me not even think about my feet and they rarely hurt.
