Ghost 13 improvements slight compared to 12 but appreciated

I don't actually wear these for running, I am a school nurse and use them for the great support I need in the health room!

True confessions: I'm not a runner! But I am a fitness walker who has been walking about 4.4 miles 6-7 days a week since quarantine. I used old sneakers and bought a new pair thinking they'd do the trick...the trick being no pain or twinges or aches in my feet, shins and hips. That trick became my reality this morning after purchasing the Ghost 13 yesterday! I am over the moon happy with these running shoes and cannot thank Brooks for creating them! I especially appreciated the little quiz that evaluated what shoe would be best for me!

I work in a hospital and am on my feet on hard floors all day. These shoes give me good support and great cushion. They are true to size, roomy enough in the toes , and have a good grip on the bottom. At the end of a long day my feet do not hurt. I don't want to take them off when I get home, so I leave them on as I make dinner. I have other pairs of Brooks, these are my favorite right now. I have been a long time buyer of Brooks and will continue. Worth every penny!!

These are absolutely a five for me, in terms of fit. They are far more comfortable than the previous version in that the toe box is wider, the shoe is a bit longer, and the laces feel much more secure. However, I will echo what many other wide-shoe runners have expressed: the colors are disappointing. I would buy one in each of the fun colors, if that were an option, but it's not. As it is, I'll buy multiple pairs in the basic black/white, but Brooks is missing an opportunity to be more inclusive in its color palate for folks like me. We don't necessarily all want multiple shades of gray shoes. Thanks, and take care!

While I?m not a runner, I am on my feet 10+ hours a day and these sneakers have made a huge difference in the way my feet and legs feel at the end of the day! I give them a 10+!!

Super cushy but not my favorite and I?ve been running on brooks ghost shoes for 10+ years. Tongue too narrow at top or maybe just too short for length of shoe. Performance good but just not the best ghost.

I love these shoes! I've owned 4 pairs of Brooks shoes, 2 of which the Revel and I thought I wouldn't stray from them but gave the ghost a try. They are perfect! I mostly rely on my Brooks for work, I'm a PT and on my feet all day working with patients and running across a very large facility. The ghost gives me a spring in my step and I have had zero leg fatigue at the end of the day. I also recently started to get into *light* running and plan to purchase a second pair exclusively for that. Highly recommend the Ghost 13 shoes.

These are extremely comfortable and have great cushion! I do HIIT training daily as well as walk a lot, and they definitely profound the comfort I need!

My wife's new favorite shoe. Kills it behind a stroller thats for sure. She normally has some toe box tightness in other shoes and says this is very comfortable. Big believer in the DNA Cushioning.
