It?s my second pair of Brooks Ghost 13. I bought the first one 2 years ago and find it very comfortable. Somehow the pair I received about a month ago is tight/narrrow in the heel after wearing multiple times. Will return.

I ran my Ghost 7's until they fell apart. They were one of the shoes that made me swear by Brooks. I went back to the Ghost with the 11, and loved them as well. This edition is bulkier, and just doesn't have the same feel. At the end of the day, it's a good shoe, but it doesn't have the same fit and feel as prior Ghost editions. Unfortunately, I jumped strait into a trail run with these new ones, and didn't feel right returning dirty shoes, otherwise these would be back on Brooks' shelves and not in my closet. Being that I have 3 models that are all size 12.5, I looked at why they don't feel the same. This new model (13) is taller, and has taller heel supports than the Ghost 11's that I could compare them to directly. All of the material seems thicker, and thus, I have a cramped foot without the feel that the earlier editions had.

Sizing is way off. You need to go up a whole size up. I tried to go half size up after my regular size were to tight and half size were still tight and returned them. I decided to just go with a different brand this time around. Still nice looking shoe

I have two pairs of Ghost 12 and they were great - excellent fit - just felt good. I ran more than 1000 miles in 2021 in the Brooks and they always felt like they were propelling me forward. I expected the Ghost 13 to be very similar, but it seems to be lighter (good), and not quite so tight a fit and it feels like less arch support. I like the shoe, but, for me, it's not the same experience as Ghost 12 and it doesn't feel like it's got the same "spring." I normally get my shoes at Performance Running in Shorewood, WI and will probably get my next pair of Brooks there so I can get a sense of the shoe before I buy it. All that said, I love your shoes.

By comparison to my last Ghost running shoes from Brooks this pair feels cheap and thin on the sides.

These Ghost 13's are replacing my other, worn-out 13's. Same model, same size & width but they feel much tighter and have taken longer to break-in. That's led to some arch pain over the last few weeks.

Not as much cushion feeling as my Levitate. I us them at work because I stand and walk on concrete floor all day. I will buy Brooks again but for sure not the Ghost. They are a great looking shoe.

I purchased these shoes May 1, 2021. I have had 2 other pairs of Brooks shoes. The first pair (Glycerin 16) is still the best I have ever had. The second pair (Adrenaline 19) were not as comfortable as the first...but held up OK. The Ghost 13 did not make it 8 months before the inner sock at the heel started to fall apart. They also are losing the bottom of the soles. Not sure if Brooks is losing out on quality or what is going on. I am not a runner. I do play basketball and workout in the shoes. I also use them when out walking the town in the summer. I cannot recommend this shoe and will look for an alternate brand/shoe. 3 stars for comfort. 0 stars for quality/value

I have worn your shoes for the last 20 years and have purchased at least 15 pairs three pairs of Ghost. The Ghost seems to be less quality then your previous 12 pairs.

These are my third pair of ghosts. The heals were not made properly, especially the right shoe. It feels as if the heel collapsed while the shoe is on but it?s just because the way it sewn on. I?m just dealing with it, but I am disappointed with this pair of shoes. So instead of a 5 these are a 3 star sneaker.

Good quality shoes. This is my third pair over the last few years. But this model seems to fit tighter than the last two ghosts I?ve had in the exact same size. Hoping these stretch out soon so my feet don?t get sore on the tops after a run.

I have several pair of Brooks Ghost shoes and these do not fit right. They are too big, although my others which are the same size fit well. Also, the laces on these are not as good as what usually comes on my Brooks. Disappointing...

Just ok, not as comfortable as my Ghost 5s. The 13 feels a little tighter.

I run somewhere between 12 and 16 miles a week and I've worn ghosts for many many years. The issue for me for the last few years hasn't been the design of the shoes, it's the severe fall-off in the quality of manufacture and materials. They wear down and fall apart very quickly. With my last two pairs, part of the heel came unglued. It's tough to change shoes that I've used for so long, but if Brooks doesn't do something about this I'm going to have to move on.
