The cushion in the Ghost 13 is just the perfect balance to keep you stable and energized. As a heavy guy, my joints feel better in these shoes than any I can remember. I have struggled with sudden direction changes in these, side-to-side feels slightly less stable because of the somewhat narrow sole compared to some of my past pairs of Brooks.

Great Support For My feet Just the right amount of cushion

Ghost 12 are still your best shoe for me. I always order a half size bigger than I wear and with these I think I could of ordered my size, they are running a little larger than 12's and the 12's are FAR more comfortable with the cushion in the heal and all around better. I still own my worn put 12's and I'll put them on to clean the house in and they are still better comfort than my new 13's Would I buy another pair of 13's... yes, but if you offered the 12's again.. I'd stock up and buy many pairs of 12's over the 13's ! Best part about Brooks is they out last and other kind of shoes I owned. A Huge plus over any shoe company !

They were a gift for my son. He works in an ER and is on his feet for 12 hour shifts. He really enjoys the feel of the shoes!

Brooks Ghost - The Gold Standard when it comes to running shoes. Try them and you know why.

I love the Ghost 13 but I have one complaint. The shoe strings were too short for my 9.5 Wide shoes. Just barely enough string length to tie my shoes.

Not near as happy with a ghost 13 as I was the ghost 12. It seems to be quite a bit narrower across the toes and does not fit my foot the same as the 12.

I run about 650 miles a year on paved roads and, for my feet, the Ghost is definately my first choice. I've been wearing the Ghost models since they came out with the Ghost 6 back in 2013. It has the right amount of cushioning and I like how fluidly the shoe rolls from heel-strike to toe-off. The heel is narrow enough and the toe box is wide enough that I've never had any issues with my feet or knees. I just got the Ghost 13 and have only run about 25 miles in them, but they don't disappoint. They felt great right out of the box. I highly recommend them.

Honestly I don?t remember when I was so impressed by a pair of shoes. My Ghost 13 were just the beginning of a never ending story with Brooks!!!!!!!!!

Love the show overall. Great for gym workouts or outside. This is my 5th pair and my favorite color!

Im not a runner so I cant talk about that. These shoes were recommended to me because of foot issues and I am so glad I got them. They are so comfortable and after wearing them for 3 days straight my feet do not hurt no where near as much. So I can only conclude that the longer I wear them - the better my feet will get. Customer service is awesome!!

Great overall. Could use a carbon shank from mid foot back to heel between mid soul and in soul for rock protection
