Nice support and stability when road running. I?ve only used revel 4s to run for the past 3 years after trying a variety of running shoes that didn?t stick.

My first pair of brooks were the revel 3. I have tried many different lines since then, but I keep going back to this line . I love the look of the shoes and the bright colors, not to mention they are super comfortable and they make me feel good as well. I did find that the revel 4 seem to fit a little bit bigger than the revel 3, but I still love them. I usually get a years wear out of the shoes. I am pretty harsh on shoes at my work. So far, these have held up better than any other shoe I have worn there.

Not our first pair of brooks shoes. In fact, they are the only tennis shoe, running or otherwise our whole household wears!
These were for our middle school cross country runner and he LOVES them!

So far so good in this first time wear shoe for me. I am an avid runner and Brooks is all I wear. Longing for Levitate 1?s to come back. I typically wear Ghost or Launch?s but have been wanting to go to an 8mm drop which the Revels provide. The shoe has cushion and great feel and I really like the flat bottom. For the price I could not beat them as I did get them on sale.

I've run over 600 miles in these Brooks. Overall, I love the ride, support, and grip/tread. I did have to upgrade to Dr. Scholls athletic insoles, Brooks standard insoles suck... a pair of $12 Dr. Scholls insoles will upgrade any run shoe including these to new heights!
After I made that upgrade I was able to enjoy hundreds of additional miles! Enjoy!

Overall at this price point I have been very satisfied with this purchase. I have now worn them on several runs (purely road running) and have no complaints at this point. The heel is thick yet firm which I prefer versus those that have more "give" to them so to speak.
