Right at the heel and all over but I am guessing they will soften up after time, but I need Easy on and easy walking comfort now. Wish they would have worked but I will return these.

I've had the boots for a little over a week and the elastic on one side of the left boot is wavy like it was stretched out but it wasn't. It just makes the boot look MUCH older than it is and seems like low quality for the price.

I just recieved my package after 2 and 1/2 weeks if waiting. The shoes are uncomfortable and not the same quality as my orange pair that are the SAME style just different color.

These shoes looked like they had born worn and returned! Very upset that I paid that much money for shoes that looked used. The box was ripped and beat up, too.

These were so incredibly small! My husband ordered my regular size 7 for Xmas and I could barely get my foot in the boot. My daughter wears a size 6 and they were still too small and uncomfortable even for her! Sadly, had to return.

Purchased my first pair of shoes from here, the pull on Evie. Oh my goodness they are beautiful shoes until I put them on. I am a size 10 in everything - they fit but around the toes and heel extremely tight and very tight to get on. No easy pulling on - super sad as they just got delivered and within 5 minutes they are being sent back

The fit is not comfortable. The toe box was smaller and not as easy to break in. The boot just didn't do anything for me was very basic with price I was not willing to keep them.

The box that the shoes were in was marked a 6.5 and the shoes inside were a 6 and when I went to exchange they were sold out of the 6.5. Very disappointing

I liked the shoe but they both came scratched. Not just one scratch but there were a bunch of scratches on them. I was truly disappointed and makes me hesitant to order another pair.

I couldn't even get my foot in. I have other Sorel booties in size 8 and they fit great, but I could only get half my foot into this bootie, and I don't think ordering up a size would help. Super disappointed.
