I wanted to love these shoes and, in fact, I do love these shoes but they are way too narrow. They literally hurt my feet. I would not suggest these to anyone with slightly wider than normal feet.

Liked the color and style, but could not even get them on. Too stiff and not enough "give" in the elastic on the sides.

They fit fine and look pretty nice, but they are SO uncomfortable. The arch support is not there at all and doesn't even touch the bottom of my foot. I expected more from a $140 pair of boots.

These boots are too stiff and difficult to put on.

I could not get my foot into the foot hole, so I had to return them for the lace-up style of this same boot. That solved the problem. This bootie is not for a high-volume foot.

Expected more from a sorel. You can tell its made from higher quality material, but i didn't love the look on. not real easy to slip on. made from very hard, non flexible leather, so I would highly anticipate rubbing and soreness. Returned

These boots are very stiff. I have numerous sorels and ordered my normal size and can barely get my foot in them and on top of that they are very comfortable. wanted them to work, but sadly going back

Much to my dismay, the boots were not made for me. I have such a difficult foot to fit and I thought they would be perfect. I'm very disappointed that my foot moved around in it & my heel rubbed. Worse of all, I almost tripped a couple of times. They were not soft as they looked and hurt my feet after trying them out for a while. I decided to send them back, as I know Zappos has always understood and let me return. Much to my regret, the box was thrown out, so I'm having to return them without it. My attic is full of Zappos boxes since I get most of my shoes from you. Hope you understand. I'll be shopping again soon for some winter flats. Many thanks, Mary

Way too big, a size 7.5 fit like an 8.5/9. Super bummed since they were comfortable and perfect height heel.

Couldn’t even get them on my feet

This shoe definitely runs small. I wear an 11 and these were so hard to get on and very uncomfortable was I managed to get them on. I wish they made an 11.5, because I also ordered the 12 and it was too big .

I had high hopes for these shoes. Unfortunately the inserts in the soles were completely detached and came out every time I took the shoes off. It exposed the rock hard material underneath which cannot be good for any feet!

Fit it tight. I also don’t like the rubber around the bottom. Unfortunately returning

way too hard to put on and take off but once on felt ok.

The least comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Incredibly absurdly narrow at the heal and quite a tippy unstable base. Disappointing because I love the look of the shoe and my feet are not anything but average in width. Confused by all the raving reviews.
