Bought this shoe 2 months ago thinking that since it's orthotic it would be good for my plantar fasciitis. Just the opposite. Makes it much worse. The inside of the shoe is somewhat raised and therefore hits right at the wrong place for plantar fasciitis. Would NOT recommend this shoe if you have that.

I loved the color and look of these shoes. Even though I ordered a size larger, they were just too short.

I've worn this style and same size for a few years. My most recent pair fits too snug to even get on. I ordered next half size up and still couldn't get it on. Ended up having to get a refund.

Back of shoe is too low, my heel comes up from the footbed and got blisters/hot spots on my heels. Poor quality - the right shoe has something wrong with the footbed, causing pressure under the ball of my foot which resulted in toes falling asleep and a blister on the side of my big toe. Will be sending these back. So disappointed, have been wearing only Saucony for years, hate to give up on them, may try a different model.

Please saucony, you make the best orthotic friendly shoe out there but women need extra wide widths ! Please !

I didn't like them. I actually returned them. Not a lot of support at all.

In the past I have been very happy with Echelon 7. The Echelon 8W was not a wide shoe. It was painful to wear around the house. Returned product.

After walking a mile in these shoes I developed several foot pain. I could hardly walk the next day. I asked for a return/exchange and it was refused. Very disappointing.

These are such comfortable shoes! Unfortunately, I returned my 1st pair b/c they broke through at my little toe. Zappos replaced those with another pair. Now a month and a half later, the same thing is happening so wouldn’t recommend them.

Didn't like these at all. The reviews said they were cushiony and comfortable. I found them anything but. Very uncomfortable, narrow and just plain old weird!!!!! Sent them back right away.

Caused severe lower back pain - wish I still had the box - would be worth paying the shipping to return.

I bought this pair of shoes a couple months ago, thinking they would be similar to the echelon 7's. Boy, was I wrong! They are so narrow and not as wide as the previous model. I have been wearing Saucony running shoes for the past 5 years because they are so comfortable and wide and I am extremely disappointed. I got blisters and red toes because of my feet rubbing against the sides. This caused me lots of problems while trying to run and get routine exercise. Do not get these shoes. Skip this model and wait for the next one, or just find another brand that works well for you.

It is not as wide as the previous year hence not orthotic friendly. This shoe is narrow in the wide width and it would be appreciated if the company can offer the extra wide in this shoe as they do this in the same shoe in the men's. I am not comfortable ordering the men's shoe as I have no idea on the right size and width for my size 9W that I comfortably wore in the Echelon 7.
