Comfy shoe, my orthotics fit, and the shoe is wide enough. I wish the upper of the shoe was made of less stretchy material, it feels like it will wear out quickly, but time will tell.

I've worn Saucony running shoes for over 30 years. I wear orthotics now so it's hard to find shoes with enough volume. The Echelon feels and fits the best for me. However, I found the Echelon 8 to be slightly smaller than my normal size 6.5 so I returned them for a size 7. Now they feel a little too big. I will just wear a slightly thicker sock.

I have very flat feet, no arches. These shoes have plenty of room for my large, full custom orthotics. Great support with snug, well structured tie support to hug my foot comfortably. I do wish more color choices were available in this shoe. I did need a half size larger than my last pair of Echelon.

Bought this shoe in an 8 wide. Cushioning is wonderful but the 8 wide is not all that wide.I have a wide foot and a high instep and often need to purchase a wider shoe to accommodate my instep. This is one of those cases. Unfortunately, the shoe is not available in an extra wide. The shoe worked well with my orthotic. I liked the color and styling.

I read reviews that suggested these were the best running shoes for wearing orthotics and they have lived up to that. I find them roomy and comfortable. The only downside is that they do kind of look more roomy and comfortable than other runners. But at this point I can't imagine going back. My new favourites!

This is my second pair of Echelons. I bought the E7 last year and finally found a pair of shoes that didn't hurt my heel and lateral forefoot. Very good lateral support. Developed a hole in the little toe area after seven months. The E8 looks to have better upper material (time will tell) but I don't feel the footbed provides the same support as last year's model. I have more heel and lateral forefoot discomfort.

Like the shoe but it runs REALLY wide and slightly short on toe box. Look like boats on my feet.

I have mixed feelings about these shoes. While I had them, they were amazing: cloud-cushiony for my feet, more than wide enough for my pizza toes. However, after less than 9 months of wear, the foam at the heel had worn down to basically nothing. I'm still going to buy another pair of these exact shoes, but the build quality really needs some attention!

I love these shoes. They are the only runners that I can find that fit my wide feet. Actually, they're one of the few pairs of shoes in general that fit my feet. I've been wearing these shoes and previous iterations of them for the past 6 years. Unfortunately, every year I have to buy a new pair because they wear out so quickly. With some of the past pairs I've bought they started to show wear within the first few weeks wearing them. That means I've gone through a minimum of 6 pairs already. That has been hard on my wallet and EVEN HARDER on the planet. Because these are one of the VERY FEW shoes that actually fit my feet I am forced to keep buying these instead of opting for a more sustainable brand/shoe. SAUCONY! PLEASE MAKE YOUR SHOES MORE DURABLE AND MORE SUSTAINABLE FOR THE PLANET. WHEN I SUSTAINABLE I DON'T MEAN GREENWASHING OR PURCHASING CARBON OFFSETS. Sincerely, your best customer of 6 years

All the extra cushioning makes this a much heavier shoe than I'm used to from Saucony. The insole is VERY comfortable (like walking on a cloud); however there isn't enough support for my overpronating flat feet. I really wanted to love it.

It really squeaks! Is not as well made as previous pairs I have bought. I am so very sorry you feel the need to discontinue shoes that are excellent and replace them with inferior products.

I own a few pair and really like them. I am not a runner. I am a retail worker on my feet all day. My last pair did not hold up at all. The mesh ripped with in the first two months. Yes, I will try another pair because I like and need the support they offer. I have tried them all other brands and find Saucony works best. Hopefully the workman ship and materials hold up. I have referred many co worker who also have feet issue.

The Echelon 8 is fine, just not the best arch support. But I will keep it.

A bit stiff not great for long runs. The fabric around the heel got damaged fairly quickly and couldn't wear them again

I feel if the size is a little larger maybe 11 1/2 then the shoe would be perfect!

I got this 2 months ago and I must say my feet hurt after a 12 hr shift constant walking. It is not as comfortable as my previous pairs ( i have 6 pairs ) and to think this is the most expensive design I bought.

I have owned literally dozens of Saucony shoes. They have been consistently excellent! Then I purchased a pair of black Echelon 8s. After I wore them a bit, it was clear that they were cut slightly narrower than the other colors and lacked the usual support. (My sister had the same problem with her black Echelon 8s, but in a different size.) I stretched them at night, which helped a bit. But I probably won't by them in black again. The other colors were fine.

I'm not as happy with this new pair compared to the ones I've purchased in the past. They aren't very comfortable and after a long walk, my feet hurt

they fit create and support my arch along with having room for my bunion but within two weeks of wearing them the right shoes has a tear/hole in the heel area.
