The zipper broke once I zipped the shoe up. I had to cut the zipper to get it off my foot. The shoe is too expensive for something like that to happen my first time putting my goot in the shoe. I'm upset about that.

They looked like space boots when I put them on. They were very wide both inside and outside. (My foot is slightly narrow). No support. Very flat footbed.

So disappointed, had to send back, too narrow for my feet, one foot could just barely zipper with thin sock and other foot, I couldn't zipper at all, previous reviews did not mention this sizing

I put them on and they were comfortable. But I couldn't get them zipped and my feet are not very big. I bought them online. I would try them on before I would purchase them to make sure they fit. I had to send them back.
