Loved the feel of the shoe, unable to zip when on my foot. Guess my instep too high for style. Very sad. Returned.

This is a very warm and comfortable boot. Easy to slip on and off for dog walks. However the zipper continues to open when walking. For the price paid I would have expected better hardware.

Wanted to love these (they are so cute) but they are definitely too tight. It was tough to zip these up and they are really tight in the ankle, so I wouldn't have been able to wear thick socks. I ended up going with the sierra knit boot and love that style.

The Great: They are SUPER comfortable. I live in Wisconsin and was looking for a good shoe/boot to wear when walking my dog. My feet stay warm and dry. They are lightweight and very easy to walk in. The BAD: The zipper on the left foot broke after one or two times of wearing them. I want to give the boots a 5 star, but a broken zipper does not warrant it.

These are too narrow I was really hoping they would work. I will be giving these away.

I love the style of these boots. Color is good (I purchased the grey). I also liked that they are insulated. Not sure about how they handle in rain or snow. I purchased for walking primarily in my neighborhood and when I go on trips to a city. They are light as well, so unlike cumbersome winter boots, more like a sneaker. The negatives, which is big, is the fit. I wear an 8.5, but this boot comes in whole sizes, so I ordered a 9. However, the fit is very snug. I can only wear a light sock -such as a dress sock. The zipper is also a problem because the boots are too snug around the ankle. I can not zipper the boot all the way, and if I do, it is highly uncomfortable and may perhaps break the zipper. Overall, the fit is a huge problem, which is unfortunate because I like everything else. I am on the fence now, as I may have to return. If they came in half sizes, I would try a 9.5, but I am not sure about getting a 10 in these shoes. And, I don't want to go through the hassle of returning and repurchasing to only have to return again. I suspect that a size 10 would still have the same issue of being tight around the ankles.

They are cute looking but I returned them because it didn't think they were super comfy when zipped up. They felt tight at the top of the ankle.

Love the style id go up a size for a loser fit but unfortunately they're not waterproof and that's the main reason why I bought them.

this boot are confortable and very good looking but the zipper don't works at all is cheap bad quality

Love the way they look Can't wear them 1st pair Had to be cut off me due to zipper not working!!2 pair was afraid to put on unless someone was home finally tried to wear them & again zipper would not work

Was really looking forward to wearing them this winter the first pair I got the zipper it was defective and Northface told me to cut them off the second pair came I was afraid to put them on I finally did and once again the zipper was defective and luckily somebody was here to pull them off of me!!! Great style but not wearable

Sized up and still too small. They are SUPER tight, and the zipper feels a bit awkward. They are also made cheaply.

I'm going to have to return these. The zippers don't work properly.

The first time I tried to put them on, the zipper broke. Will be returning.

I like the way the boot looks but there is no foot support at all. But the biggest complaint is the zipper malfunctioned on one of the boots. They're going back.
