Very painful, couldn't walk with it after the first 10 minutes, had to open the zipper to be able to walk

Shoe runs small, did not fit my wife. Could not return to store since I paid it with Apple Pay. Waiting on refund.

These are amazing! Def exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend if you're looking for a stylish, SUPPORTIVE and functional alternative to the go to sherpa boots that shall remain nameless LOL! I know I will be wearing these a lot. Thinking about grabbing the gray ones now.

I needed a shoe that I could do a lot of walking and keep my feet toasty warm and not a hiking looking boot. These fit the bill. First time wearing them I walked for 2 hours in 40 degrees. I wore a thick-ish sock and my feet stayed warm and toasty. I found them comfortable and enough arch support, so far. I tried my shoe inserts, with a thick sock it is pretty snug, but possible. I read the reviews, and will keep my fingers crossed that I don't have any zipper issues. I like the 'thin' profile versus a clunky winter boot. Fit like a tennis shoe and I look forward to wearing them.

Its cute and attractive BUT its not going to last. It is not built in weather 15 degrees C because the soles are glued, upper and midsoles are glued. Every part of the shoe is all GLUED. Therefore, it will come off in a very short wear and a weather of 15 deg C. Note: wear and tear is not covered in 1 year warranty. Also, this style will fit for those who has very narrow FEET AND ANKLE. So if you are pregnant or has chubby ankles, this shoe is not for you. If you have thick socks, it will be very difficult for you to fit in as the style is TOO NARROW. The zipper is cheaply made, it can malfunction in no time in too much walking. If you chose to open the zipper half way, your feet will definitely get cold as there is not enough cover on your feet. Insole is very thin. Therefore this will not pass as a winter boot for me. It's only for occasional use and not for winter. * see pics for reference. Overall, this will be my last purchase for this brand TNF.

First time ordering shoes from North Face brand and cannot believe the quality of these boots! You can see the glued together part of the upper side midsole. I can guarantee these will come apart way before the warranty even ends. And these shoes were not exactly comfortable to walk around. Too rigid! These are definitely going back!

I tested these boots in the snow and ice in Ohio and I was impressed with grip and traction it has. I have a size 9 but I ordered a size 10 woman's for my husband because he saw how steady I was walking. Super light weight. I read other reviews that it's difficult to zip up, I have no problem, Just size up and you can wear thick socks if needed but you won't even need thick socks because it keeps you warm. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love this shoe, it is very cute for apres ski. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the size 9 was too small and there was not a size 10 available. I will most certainly want to repurchase as soon as it becomes available in my size. Nice quality shoe.
