Not able to put my foot in side the boots .. so bad i wish it fit me but no ... Im so sad , i have small foot and a little large .. The look very nice and confortable

Make larger sizes

These run small! I wear size 7.5 in the North Face Back to Berkely Boot & the 8 in these is too small. Unfortunately size 9 is too big. 1 star because my heart is broken these don't come in half sizes, I really wanted these!

I ordered the WOMEN'S THERMOBALL LACE UP Color-NEW TAUPE GREEN/WHISPER WHITE, and the inside was black (not white), the green was dark green (not light green as seen) and the laces were also dark green (not white as pictured). I emailed customer service to give them a heads up to avoid writing a review but they just said the images don't match the product which seems silly for me with online shopping. Thankfully it's free and easy returns with a trusted company, but wanted everyone to know that the New Taupe one looks literally nothing like the picture to the point I had to triple check the box and now have to deal with the hassle of returning.

Winter boots

I am returning these. They have a ridge on the back heel that will eventually give blisters when wearing. They also felt big compared to the other pair I ordered in the same size.
