I actually didn't try it on because it looked like it was in bad condition and it looked like someone had worn it and the box wasn't original

felt like wearing a comfortable slipper - but SO UGLY. I'm short and I just look like a stump in these. The outer fabric seems quite delicate too, like it's more of an inside shoe.

I’m am a 8-81/2 I ordered an 8 which was way to small Also the shoes arrived with no paper in the box just the shoes.. and they look like some one wore them.. I returned these with in 2 hour’s of receiving them... I’m disappointed that they arrived looking like a worn return..

I have no idea how this boot has five stars. I sprained my foot trying to get it into the boat. It’s ridiculous. It fits fine but I’m not going to struggle to put boots on that defeats the purpose of Poland. It’s a shame because they’re super cute but comfort beats cute

Couldn’t even get the boot on to try. I ordered One pair that was $89 and when I checked out it wouldn’t be here for a month… so I returned it thinking I picked the wrong thing. When I went to repurchase, it was $119 and got here within a few days. Wrong color. Not sized well.

Literally could not get my foot into these. I’m sure they would have fit fine if I could have slid my foot past the opening of the boot. This boot sorely needs a side zip.

These boots are complete garbage. They are the quality of something you’d buy at a drug store or Target. The footbed was coming unglued from inside the boot right out of the box, and sat twisted while wearing. The material is very cheap and fragile. The fit is almost like a running shoe, but it is incredibly narrow and tight over the instep. Since it doesn’t come in half sizes, sizing up for width results in a shoe that’s too long. Overall, just a really terrible cheap design.

Comically small, I couldn’t even get them on. I usually wear an 8, maybe a 7.5 or 8.5 in extreme cases. Ordered an 8 and couldn’t get them the whole way on. Usually with boots the top part has a tongue, zipper, or some stretch to make them easier to put your foot into. Since these don’t have anything (the laces are basically decorative) they were too tight to get my foot through the “turn”. Imagine putting on high tops that are already tightly laced and it’s like these boots. They look cute in the box, but I’m not sure if even a 9 would fit.

Fit was true to size. So warm and look great at the same time!

(me: size8/med width) Aesthetically, these are adorable. Size wise, true to their own size chart as I measured my foot and went by The North Face chart. I ended up ordering two pairs and then a another of the pull on version of this boot and they all had a VARIAN degree of the SAME PROBLEM; a problem of which I've seen in NO OTHER REVIEW. ??? Right where the heel plate curves and meets the arch of the foot, there is a bulge that digs in to the foot. Even going up and half size did nothing to fix it. But again, the SEVERITY of the problem VARIED. Out of 6 different shoes, only ONE had a tolerable bulge. BUT then again, NOTHING should be "TOLERATED" at this PRICE POINT. Foot shape may be of a factor as my 15yo (extremely narrow) couldn't feel it when she slipped into two of the pairs. THANK YOU ZAPPOS FOR YOUR RETURN POLICY!!!
