It's a very quick shoe. You can do easy runs in them but it's difficult to keep your pace at an easy rate.

I've been training in the Kinvara for almost 10 years. After buying a pair of the Kinvara 11's and feeling a frustrated with how lackluster the more recent models have become, I decided to switch to the Endorphin Speed for everyday training. Right out of the box, the shoes are amazingly responsive and snappy. My pace for distance runs has dropped by about 10 seconds to around 6:15, so it almost feels like cheating with the plastic plate. I was a little concerned about using a shoe with a higher heel-to-toe drop because I forefoot strike, but so far it hasn't been an issue. The upper is super breathable and durable so far. Also, I'm stoked about the amount of rubber on a shoe this light (the latest Kinvara's wear out way too quickly). I've been doing about 50 miles/week in them, and they do everything from speedwork to long runs effortlessly. Definitely would buy another pair. Also, @saucony, I'm hoping the Kinvara 12's are a return to form for the Kinvara line. I miss my favorite trainers :(

I'm a marathon runner. I complete anything from faster sprinting type workouts to tempo repeats to long weekend runs. I've honestly never been a believer that one shoe can make a difference. I was wrong. This shoe is not only light, but gives you a bounce in your step, every step. I've had my best/fastest workouts this week. I felt it the second I took that first step. I just found my forever shoe.

Amazing feel overall. I ran a Marathon PR (3:22) during a training run. I'm looking forward to more runs in them.

These are actually my first pair of Saucony shoes ever and will not be my last. I am glad I listened to the hype over these shoes, people are not exaggerating lol. They are very light, very comfy and they make me feel like I'm running with a lot less effort and a whole lot more efficiency! Probably the best running shoe I've ever worn. Definitely recommend! Great job on these Saucony.

So far I love them! This shoes do make you run somehwat faster. My previous mile run was 7:44 and it went down to 7:23 without pushing myself. Had the clifton 7 before but oh man this shoes feel more comfortable by far. Get them! You wont regret it

It's my first pair and I never heard of this shoe brand before so I was a bit sketchy about it. The shoes are pretty good and I like it so far. Customer service is great and the shoe itself is really nice in color. Just the shoe for me.

when i first time try it on my feet i feel that the shoes is tall and unstable because normally i wear racing flat, so to me it does. but when you run faster than 4:30s/k you will realized the shoes is made for speed and faster pace and it just feel bouncy as hell. it just my favorite shoes for now

I've got 50 miles in these shoes and I absolutely love them! The ride is responsive but not harsh like a carbon fiber plate shoe...perfect for tempo/interval training.

These shoes have improved my run time tremendously. These shoes have decreased my rest period between runs. These shoes have allowed me to really enjoy running like I want to and see how far I can push myself. 10 out of 10, would recommend! Please Saucony, please continue to make this shoe for year to come.

The experience is massive... I never thought I could run faster with the shoe and beating my PBs. Its very light...
The only thing I complain a little is the tounge connected to gusset on the left shoe is somewhat bulgy pressesing painfully against my skin when I really want to fasten it for speed workouts.
Overall no regrets. worth the value and waiting time. I love it for speed no doubt.

I run for a nationally ranked D2 XC team and I can say without a doubt, these are my favorite shoes. I have tried all brands (Brooks, Nike & Adidas) and they don't compare. I do all my runs in these, workouts too and they are perfect.

I have been using these exclusively on my speed work training days. They are light with just the right amount of cushion and support. Definitely can feel the return spring and natural roll of the shoe as I am running. FWIW, I am 60 years old, 150 lbs, mid-to-forefoot striker and run 5K in 22:00. I have run in the Freedom before this shoe; this is now my favorite pair of speed/racing shoes ever. Looking forward to my virtual half in April in these bad boys!

Honestly the best running shoes I've ever used. I typically run 30 miles/week but what I was so impressed with were my speed runs. I immediately noticed a 10% reduction in times for my 5 & 10k runs. Love these shoes!!

I've been running for over 30 years and have tried countless makes and models of running shoes. Since I have bunions I need to be careful to choose a shoe that has a wide toe-box. I read some good reviews about the Endorphin Speed, so I thought I would give them a try. It turns out they are as advertised. They're cushioned but not too soft, roll nicely from heel to toe, look good, and best of all they are so comfortable! I also like how the plate seems to add support and doesn't let the soles bend too much, which I feel helps reduce wear and tear on my feet. I truly hope Saucony doesn't make major changes to these shoes.

So far this is the best pair of shoes I own. I was using Clifton 7s for my long run but after using the Endo Speed for just 2 weeks the Cliftons have been replaced. The Endorphins are made for my feet and when I put a little heat to the shoes the respond with vibrancy I don't get from any other shoe. Thanks Saucony.

Without a doubt the best shoe I have ever run in. Was a huge fan of the Kinvara line. Once I took a couple of runs in the Endorphin Speed, I have never looked back. Tempos, Intervals, Long Distance, and even Racing. Amazing.

Holy sh**. Where do I even start? I came from a competitor shoe that failed me. The competitor shoe was way more expensive, felt weirder, and although it was fast, the sole split in half. The endorphin speed is the perfect tempo shoe. Upon first fit, this shoe has a much much more natural feel and is lighter than the competitor. The pebax foam provides enough stability but is pretty soft. There's a composite nylon plate to still give you that energy return and rebound. The fit allows it to be comfortable at slower speeds, but it's still a shoe built for going fast. The feel isn't awkward and the foot strike feels more natural. I'd recommend this one to anybody that wants to go fast while staying comfortable. It has a traditional tongue and lacing system, but the laces have grooves and have some elasticity to provide a good lockdown so you don't have to worry bout it. These are an aesthetically pleasing and wallet-pleasing shoe that I'd be happy to have multiple pairs of.
