Happy - but wish a little more cushioning under big toes!

The overall comfort is great. But I think I still need some added support from an insert etc.

Great shoes help me limit issues with my plantar fascitis.

Very nice looking and constructed shoe but the middle insole is not wide enough for my wide flat feet so I had to return them.

Overall very comfortable. Online purchase process and shipping experience was great.

Provides good cushioned support without feeling overly bulky

Very good running shoes with one reservation, I tend to over pronate and the outside heal rubber wears within 500 miles running on roads. Wish it lasted longer.

Solid support - as usual for the Kayano. Feels a little lighter and less clunky than previous models.

I've been running with asics for a while now and these shoes are good but in terms of overall comfort, aren't that much superior to the Excite 8, Superion 4 or GT-1000 8. They also fit a 0.5 size smaller than my usual size which I found strange. I actually prefer the Gel Kayano 26 over these as I found the cushion and foam support to be better in the 26. The Kayano 27, are a good shoe but definitely not at the right price point.

I only wear ASICS. These run true to size are light weight and have a very short "break in" time.

My doc says that the Kayano is not correct for me foot problems. Highly recommends the Cumulous. I will exchange as they're not worn.

I am using these to replace GT-2110 shoes that are unfortunately discontinued. These were purchased for exclusively treadmill use. I have nearly 50 miles on them so far. They have the same comfort as the GT-2110 ASICS shoe. My only disappointment is the structure of the toe box is weaker, causing occasional slight wrinkle or fold appearance. This is aesthetic only and doesn't change the fit or performance. It might be more disappointing if these were intended for outside, public wear and appearance was a concern.

Lots of support, stability and cushioning. Very nice, comfortable shoes.

So far so good; the arch support feels a little inconsistent between each shoe, but the jury's still out if that becomes a problem. The design and color are very nice.

Extraordinary comfort and design, but slow delivery.

Feels great and extra room in the toe box. Also my feet have been taking a beating after running and my job as a teacher requires me to be on my feet all day. These shoes have been awesome.

Fit perfectly in the heel with lots of room in the toe area, great lateral support for those of us that have been running for 44 years, only issue is the outer heel stoke point wears out at 200-250 miles, would like to get 300 for the price but I am a bigger ribboned ( over 225) and have a nerve issue that causes a little drag in my left foot so it causes the premature wear, I have been running in the Kayano since it's inception. My favorite was the year one and two and year 20, year 20 was a blue and white and was faster than other years. The first 2 years had an additional arch support.

Good looking shoe. Quality build. Was hoping for significant cushioning upgrade from GT1000 (a shoe I have worn for 15 years or so). Firmer, more stable, but didn't really get the expected feel of upgraded cushioning. For my needs and expectations, I may return to the normally lesser priced GT1000s.

I have been running in the Kayanos for the last 20+ years and they have been great. I just wish I could get more than 6 months out of them

This is my 4th pair of the same exact shoe. Kayona 27s in black. The weak point, evidently is the left shoe bug toe area, i get a hole in it after time. Always the same spot. I need a pair of "left" foot only, to make good use of the extra right foot shoes that are still perfectly good.

I have purchased 5 pairs of Asics gel-Kayano shoes (one Gel-Kayano 28, three Gel-Kayano 27 shoes and one Gel-Kayano 26) in a span of 1 year between 12/2020 till 12/2021, of all the 5 pairs Gel-Kayano 28 which is the most recent model has the worst build quality but Gel-Kayano 27 has very good build quality, comfort and fit, so I purchased 2 more pairs after I liked my initial pair. My only complain is, compared to Gel-Kayano 26, I feel the width of Gel-Kayano 27 has become narrower even though I always buy 4E/Extra width shoes

Actually Five Stars for all of the important things about this shoe. Great Support - better than Nike Airs which I used for many years. No need for any inserts of any kind. This shoe has it all. The only thing that I don't like is the shoelaces which are really pretty cheap compared to other brands. However, I am now an ASICS convert and will only be purchasing these. So comfortable!!

Asics just seem to be the best feet for my feet, which are wide and generally pretty flat. Width is spot on, the arch good but not perfect - at least for these imperfect feet. I have tried several styles, various models, years, etc. and have always come back due to look, longevity and fit.
