The Asics Gel-Kayano style is always a great shoe for me. It absorbs the shock and gives me great lift when I run. These do run a little small for me though. I normally wear size 9.0-9.5 shoes but I had to get a 10 for it to fit comfortably. So far this is by far my favorite running shoe.

Bought this shoe on the recommendation of my podiatrist. Shoe is very comfortable. Needed a half size bigger than i usually wear, fits well. Gives great arch support. Comfortable being in them all day long, first show in a long time that i can say that about. Would highly recommend these shoes.
