Loved these right out of the box. The sole gives me support for standing and walking all day, which is a must due to knee/foot arthritis pain. Love the ankle support as well. I was convinced I wouldn’t find anything for fall and winter to compare to the comfort of my Chaco sandals that I live in all summer, but this is it. Can’t recommend these enough.

Fir being a delivery driver I do not suggest these shoes! I got them because I have Raynaud’s disease and their made of wool, they do keep your feet dry and warm but the bottoms are extremely slippery and no there is no arch support or supportive bottoms at all. I had paid an extra 56$ for Dr.Sholls inserts. This helped loads! However I’ve slipped and fell more times than I can count and only in rain or after rain. It’s not even winter yet! I am pretty disappointed.

I was looking for a sneaker boot that would be warm, stylish and easy to get in and out of. Loves these. I went up a half size for room for thick socks I have a wide foot and there is plenty of room. These are really working for me

I very much like the fit of this boot right out of the box and I am hopeful it will be as waterproof and warm as they say since I have not been able to test them out yet. If they are not, I will be back to revise my review.

These boots make me look forward to winter! Super cute, and don’t look bulky at all, which is saying something for my size 10s. Like any Chaco, they have a high and firm arch.

LOVE these shoes. They are the perfect winter sneaker. Super lightweight, surprisingly warm, comfortable, and the soles are extra gripped for walking on ice. They look great too!

They were almost perfect just not wide enough around the ball of the foot

I liked the look of these boots, but the tongue came up too high and rubbed against the front of my ankle in an annoying way. I returned them.

I have gotten so many compliments on these wherever I go! These are light and very comfortable. They go with just about everything casual. They are well made and I hope these last me a long time.

I love how these look and I was sad that I couldn't see myself wearing them. I live in a snowy climate and needed a new boot/sneaker for everyday wear. These felt wide and my feet felt like they were sliding around even with wool socks on. Since there are only a few shoelace eyelets, you can't really adjust the tightness of the shoe towards the toe. You can only tighten the laces near the ankle. I ended up keeping the Chaco Borealis Quilt instead of these because they had more adjustable laces near the toes.

The top of the shoe was higher than expected. The shoe fit true to size. I liked the material and the soles were comfortable.I wanted a snug fit like a sneaker may deliver. On these, I had too much room under the tongue. When I laced tightly enough it wound up being too tight around my ankle. The purpose of this shoe is to walk dogs in the rain so they need to be waterproof and as comfortable as a sneaker. I understand the benefit of a higher top of the shoe to keep things waterproof, but unfortunately with this model it proved to be uncomfortable. Have to send back and continue my quest. The brand is a quality brand for sure.

The size and the fit was okay but the arch did not hit me quite right. I did not like the look of the boot. Not very stylish in my opinion and the entire boot in boiled wool was a bit too much. It would have been cuter if it had some more color or pattern.

These boots were incredibly comfortable for all day wear and kept my feet dry and warm. During colder months, they are my “go to” shoe for work every day, where I’m on my feet constantly.

The shoe was perfect for me and comfortable right from the start. It was roomy without looking wide and gave good support all day. Great shoe to kick around in or to work in.

These have to be the most comfortable shoes with style for walking around all day in. They have the just the right about of arch support. Absolutely love them!

These shoes are awesome for arch support! My new favorite shoes. Didn’t realize I needed this much support for my arch and now no other tennis shoe really compares. True to Chaco style with that - plus light weight & water proof (won’t them a few times - to work and they actually are). Big fan. May buy in another color soon.

Love Love the style and feels comfortable. Just picked them up and tried them on at home. They look better then the picture. Very femininely looking.

Very wide for me and I don’t have a narrow foot.

I typically wear a 9 or 9.5 so I went with the 9.5 knowing that Chaco's run slightly big for me. The 9.5 is perfect so I can wear regular socks or socks that are a little more bulky. So far I've only worn them for a very short period, but they seem very comfortable and I feel confident they'll keep my feet warm & dry on messy winter days. I only gave 4 stars because I haven't worn them long enough to give them 5 stars.

Way too wide and square for me. Totally cute though. If you have a wide foot, try these!

I really wanted these to work - they’re so cute! But I had a issue with the tongue - it painfully jabbed into my ankle on both feet. I think it was too stiff to comfortably conform to the bend of my ankle. Maybe they would have broken in, but I returned. The rest of the shoe fit surprisingly well on my wide feet, so I may try another style from Chaco.

For just right and comfortable

Love them - wanted warm, comfy and easy to wear for winter days that don't require a snow boot but more than a sneaker. Bonus was arch support! Fit is great, took a second to get used to the arch support but my feet adjusted quickly. Enough room to add a thicker sock. Look is easy casual cute, not breaking any trend records. I tried a trendier Sorel sneaker boot, length was too small for layering socks and the large sole made me feel clumsy. New Chaco fan, I've worn these everyday since they arrived.
