I really like the style and gray color of this boot. I usually always go with a leather or suede boot, but liked the design of this enough to take a chance with the wool upper. But therein is the downside. I found this to run a little small in the toe, and since not a leather, I doubt it will stretch. If I were to wear with a light weight sock it may work for me, but that sort of defeats the purpose of a winter boot. I take the odd size of 10.5 and bought these in the 11, and still found it to be just a little short. Cute and functional, but just not sure if Im going to keep yet.

The fit of this shoe was just right for me. Unlike the other 6 pairs of boot/sneakers I've tried, this is the only one that felt like a normal size 10. Merrell. Sorel, great looking shoes but sizing is absurdly small. This was comfortable but just didn't love the look.

Didn’t have the good support of the Chaco sandals which I wear all summer and love and had hoped to get in the boot. Had to return.

Size was OK, but arch very hard and high. Uncomfortable.

These weee very very narrow. The sole was very stiff. Even if I could have properly fit in them I don’t think they’d be comfortable.

Very tight , overall very comfortable , soles are soft , just need a half size up and ready to go!

I was excited to get these but the insole is so hard and they were super roomy. Not what I expected but they are so cute. Super bummed to return them.

These fit well, they just looked too dowdy, like slippers. I tried them in both the grey and black and the black was a little better looking, but in the end I knew wouldn’t want to wear them. Just not stylish enough.

These fit well, but they were just very...unattractive. I’ve ordered in black to see if it was just grey color that made them seem so blah, but they were just lackluster.

SOO cute. But the arch support is weird. So much higher than the Chaco Barbary which I was trying on my other foot at the same time. Sad to send back---as loved the wool on the outside.

I liked the way they looked and they fit my foot pretty well. I have to return them because when I put them on they they were uncomfortable on my inner ankles (rubbed).

It’s not bad but the size feels a lot smaller. The first pair of shoes that does not fit and it’s the same size I buy in every other shoe

very cute but the wedge bottom and arch felt weird. I have had plantar fasciitis and felt these would bother my feet so I returned.

These shoes felt cheap - very light and soles like plastic. They did not support my feet at all, top or bottom. I'm super disappointed!

Fit and size perfect, they feel very warm and i like the way they look but terrible uncomfortable due to no arch support I'm looking for some good inserts for them since i really like everything else about them ad picture is very accurate.

These hurt the ankles and they have a strange feeling insole.

This shoe is very bulky and gave me blisters. I worked in them for four days thinking it would get better after “breaking them in”, but that wasn’t the case. I’m sure they’re too worn to exchange. So, they’re back in the box in the back of my closet.

I want to love these shoes. Incredibly comfortable and stylish but the boots are already falling apart after less than 4 months of light use. The boot strap at the back of the heel came off on one shoe and there’s loose wool and material on both shoes. Disappointed as I wasn’t expecting this from Chaco as a brand. Especially for the price point.
