I run in this shoe and it feels great once I get it adjusted to fit properly. That takes some time. The laces are thin and tend to slip when I run, so I have to knot the bows and fight that knot to get the shoes off at the end of the run. However, light weight, excellent cushion, and looks great!

The shoes I got - Clifton 7 Hoka are good but I was expecting more heel and ankle support and somehow I don't feel I got this with Clifton 7.

I like the shoe overall, even though it is pricier than most shoes I have. I like its light weight, but kinda missing the bounce to help me with forward momentum - as I understood from the marketing description. I also wish it came in Size 6.5 (- yes I am not a big person)
Since the COVID19 pandemic I started brisk walking 4-5 miles a day. I can feel my old shoes causing pain. Bought other running shoes but then caused pain from fatigue on a different part of my foot.
I was expecting maybe something out of the Clifton that wasn't there.

Shoe is great for long days on your feet and a lot of movement. I'm pretty happy with my purchase although I think that next time I'll order a wide fit as the shoe is not the most narrow shoe I e ever worn but is pretty narrow.

I really like my shoes, but I think the width is sized a little small.

I originally ordered 12.5 regular width, but the shoes were too narrow. After reading other reviews, I decided to try the shoes in a wide width, even though I have never worn a wide shoe before. Glad I did that, because the shoes fit great now.

I purchased these for work at the FD. I have another pair of HOKA'S I use for training but they did not a an all black version of them. The pair I purchased is definitely worth the price and I can tell the difference when I 24 hours shifts.

I bought my true women's size. The length was fine but the right toe box was way too narrow. So I swapped them out for a men's version since I knew it would be a tad wider. Zappo converted the size and advised me what size to order. Perfect fit but they were very stiff when I first put them on. I walked around the house. Still felt stiff (probably because they had never been tried on before! I called to return them but was persuaded to try them for free for 30 days; if I didn't like them, I could return them for full refund. They were perfect after a three mile walk, and I've worn them every day since! Thanks!!!
I'd also recommend:
I've always worn New Balance till they started cutting them too short.

These things are amazing for running, one flaw is when I'm working and the RIGHT shoe gets wet it squeaks like no buddies business. This is super annoying in airports as well with tile floors. I assume this is specific to my purchase not all the shoes they make. Either way it's ear piercing and annoying for me.

I really do like the Clifton7s Not quite as comfortable as my Clifton5s though and not as wide as I would like. I did order wide but it just seems like there is less toe room. Happy with my purchase though and I will continue to buy and wear Hokas.

I use this shoe mainly for long easy runs and my everyday runs where I am not pushing the pace. Definitely a great easy day shoe for me. Highly recommend. Only thing I don't like is the lockdown is not awesome, but I am comparing them to my Mach 4's.

The sneakers are very comfortable and make it easy to walk. My only criticism is that they are very snug and not as wide as thought.

My first pair of Hokas. The Clifton 7 has a nice balance of cushioning and stability for this 60 y/o low to mid mileager. Very pleased. Now I can only hope the Hoka doesn't mess with the Clifton too much before I need a new pair.

Use them for everyday running along with treadmill work. Love the padding under the foot. Toe area is a little snug but not discomfortable. Considering my low arch the shoe does helps with that issue while running.

Hoka has redesigned the Clifton to make it more narrow. Not sure if this was done to save costs. I don’t like it. I feel like I’m more likely to turn an ankle now.

I started with the Clifton 4 firm, 5 mushy, tongue would move , 6 now we are getting there, not to firm or mushy , 7 its a Bondi light , but Mach 4 with few extra pounds .

Wearing on walking and standing for a long time for work. Feels falling backwards and the shoes are too big. The width was narrow in middle part but front part is wide enough which I like for wide size.

Tongue is attached to the sole so if you have higher arches or thicker feet... you will have to cut this off. It seems a shame to take a pair of scissors to a brand new pair of shoes before they can even be worn. They also don't feel as cushioned as the Clifton 6. I was disappointed!
