It was a mesh, not leather.

the right sole wore down to the bare rubber after using only 3 months. Trying to get a replacement and dealing with HOKA is a nightmare

these shoelaces are very flimsy and cheap

I needed some good shoes for work. I'm m an RT that works 12hr shifts sometimes rarely sitting down. Researched a lot of shoes and saw that these were among the best out there. I wore these for 2 shifts. I had blisters on my feet from these shoes. I haven't had a blister on my foot since high school football. These were easily the worst pair of shoes I've bought in 20 yrs. Sent them back.

They say wide width but they are not at all they are a narrow shoe I've seen worse but these shoes are normal as far as length goes but seriously narrow even tho they're supposed to be wide width

After wearing New Balances, my feet started to develop some pain. So I started to see what would be some good shoes to wear for walking around NYC. When I saw the reviews and even how podiatrists recommended Hoka's, I started doing some research. To find out that they also carried wide was a bonus. After getting them and trying them on, it was pretty comfortable, but nothing extraordinary. Yet even though I got wide, it was still very tight. When I switched over to Ultra Boosts, it was not only more comfortable, but a better fit as well. The same goes for Nike's as well. The worst part however though is Hoka's customer service. People just give trite answers and responses and nothing else. They're rude and unhelpful. I'd recommend going with the other mentioned sneakers.

I returned the shoes

Poor sole design. Delaminated after wearing for 2 days. Go to a one piece sole or create better process for affixing tread to sole

i have severe pronation and also use a custom orthotic in one foot and was looking for something to wear after Brooks replaced their amazingly supportive Beast 18 with their Beast 20, which can't hold a candle to the 18. The Bondi7 was not it. If you need support for your flat feet, try a different shoe. I returned it. On the positive, It did fit well.

The colors aren't great. The style is meh. My podiatrist recommended them for my plantar fascia and they actually hurt more when wearing them. Which is disappointing considering I didn't buy them for the look.

I needed to return the Bondi7. I got it for my daughter and she didn't like the way it felt, too big. I tried to return it many times on the website but I was always down. When I went to "live chat" Cintia couldn't help me either. She claimed the site was down and to check back later. I told her I would just send them back on my own but she said I needed to put in the return slip that the site would email. I was excited to check back but it never came up and I lost the window of opportunity to return them. My daughter wanted a different pair. I paid $150 debt card for these shoes. Very disappointing!

I wanted the higher end shoe but you do not make it in 14. So I went for this model and not happy with the feel.

the heel padding on the left shoe is missing or slipped down

Long time Hoka fan, but after 2 recent quality issues I am hanging them up for good. It's a shame when brands lose sight of quality once they gain popularity.

If your looking for extra extra wide shoes in upwards of 6E this shoe is not that although it says it , absolutely isn't that wide at all . Sent mine back .
