I don't understand why the company does not cater, at least with a few models, for people who wear 4e widths. If the company did so, it would be my shoe of choice. Instead, I buy multiple pairs of competitors of Hoka.

Upon first wear, the left shoe seem higher. After examine, I found that the left shoe had two inserts. Removed one, but experience arch and heel pain in the left foot whenever I wear the shoes a full day. I keep coming back to them hoping it's not the shoes, but have the same experience every time over many months. Hoka has an excellent reputation so perhaps my pair are a lemon.

I have loved the Bondi 6 and ran in them a lot. The Bondi 7 is causing me foot pain on one foot on the outside of the foot. It's very odd, I even ordered the extra wide version.

Didn't buy this but HOKA think I did so clearly their IT systems and customer security protocols are not good

I use customized orthotics from my podiatrist. When my new Hokas arrived, I removed the insoles from the new shoes and slipped in my custom orthotics. The Hokas feel so, so, so tight on my feet. I also had a corn on the left edge of my left foot, and walking was somewhat painful. However I went outside a lot trying to "break in" the Hokas to my feet. They feel just too small and too tight for me. I believe this is mostly my fault. I should have searched for information about sizing shoes with custom orthotics from a doctor. I probably should have checked the Hoka FAQs or contacted someone. I also believe that it would have been better for me to order shoes in wide sizes. I would advise people who have custom orthotics to seek help before ordering.

Shoes are very heavy and not very comfortable. I paid extra to get comfortable shoes and these are not it.

I wear orthotics in my shoes. I also need support on the sides of my feet and the mesh material is too flimsy for me. The recommendation section below isn't applicable in my situation, so I left it blank. Other people might love these shoes.

First of all I had NO trouble returning the shoes for a refund. The shoes were the size I usually buy in the Brooks brand (size 14, 4E width), but they were too tight in the toe box area.

I love the 1st pair I have but the second two do not seem to fit the same and chain the back of my heel so I don't wear them anymore.

These shoes do not fit my stride. Took my time to break in. Once done, heel hurt, back began to ache. Just not for my feet.

My husband has this exact shoe. Reordered because he likes them so much. The pair we received are nowhere near the comfort & cushion of the 1st pair. Not sure why.

Very disappointed and discouraged. I have always raved about the comfort and stability this shoe has given me in the past. I have severe nerve damage and back problems. It's the only shoe that had given me walking ability again.. Seems like Hoka has changed something. Was not anywhere near the same comfort of the Bondes I have had in the past. Hoka has always been my go to shoe, i don't want to, but now I'm searching for something else.

Too big and felt like I was standing on a 4x4. I had read they were well cushioned and had “bounce”, but I didn’t find this to be the case. Returning.

This new lot of Bondi 7 is different than my previous pair. The arch support is this new lot is too pronounced and hurts my foot.

Made the purchase based on recommendations from a number of people I work with. Although they had a lot of cushion at first, after a week they rubbed me in a bad spot that I could not adjust to. It was worth a try, and I did appreciate the generous return policy. I will have no problem recommending them to others, however.

The shoes are comfortable on my soles. Unfortunately, the cut/shape has given me the worst blisters on the exterior of my large toes and bruised my middle toe on each foot. This is unfortunate as they seem to otherwise fit great and the bruising and blistering doesn't happen unless I'm running over 3-4 miles.

I am a nurse and am on my feet all day. This is the third pair of Hokas I have bought. I bought a size 11 last time and they were too small. I bought an 11.5 this time and my feet keep slipping in them and it makes my feet hurt. I am not very happy with this pair.

I waited eagerly for these shoes to arrive - more cushion. Great! Couldn't wait to run . Sadly, they didn't work for me. The 2E width (which is what I normally wear in running shoes) was too narrow and very uncomfortable, actually painful after a few miles, so I gave up on them. I'm 70, a life long runner, and l run 20+ miles a week. I was looking for more cushion; still am.
