Bondi 7 wide in blue was too tight in blue. The Bondi 7 wide in black was just right but the right shoe squeaked. So returned all and bought something else.

My husband has been wearing theses for years but he said this pair is really hard. He loves how soft they normally are.

Way too firm. Bought these because of plantar fasciitis, but they exacerbated the condition.

Shoe did not have him enough cushioning, and it was a definite change. Why change it if it worked? Also, did not get back the whole refund. Was charged postage, even though the website said free returns.

I love hoka sneakers, super comfortable and usually long wearing. I'm on my feet all day at work and my feet are never sore wearing them. My newest pair developed an annoying loud squeak after only a short time. Really loud and super annoying.

I owned about five pairs of Bondi extra wides. They shoes were much narrower than previous models. They caused severe foot problems after a few runs.

The tongue of the right shoe came completely out. So we had to send them back and getting them exchanged hopefully the next pair will be right.

These shoes have been disappointing. The right shoes heel squeaks with each step. I work in a hospital and walk between 5 and 6 miles per day. These are my second pair of Hokas, my first pair was rincon 3. I have started wearing these again because of the bad right shoe.

My husband works in the healthcare field & I have bought at least 5 pair of Hoka for him. One pair we had to return because the top of the shoe was coming apart. Fleet Feet told us they had issues with that particular style so we tried a different one. We bought this last pair just a few weeks ago to replace a barely used pair that was giving him issues. We thought it was that particular style so we went back to what we thought would work for him. My husband is already having issues with discomfort with the newest pair. Upon inspection of the shoe it appears the sole is losing air/support in one area. We bought these directly from the Hoka site & have been online to try to return these for warranty issues but the site is not user friendly. I hate to think it is a trick, but it does seem like they make it difficult for us to file a warranty claim. We definitely won't be buying directly from Hoka again & may not purchase their shoes at all. For the price, these should be amazing shoes.

After 9 one and and half mile runs the left shoe has extreme outside heel wear! The outside heel grooves are completely smooth. I am 73 years old and 142 lbs. and more of a jogger than runner. Never had any shoes show early stage wear such as these. Problem is, I can't get to an actual person at Hoka to discuss my situation. I don't text, so I guess I am just stuck with an apparently defective product and no means by which to get any resolve. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Did not fit well. Return went poorly. I waited 27 days to get a different shoe after having returned the Bondi 7. They stated that the Rincon 3 that I asked as a replacement was not logged in by FedEx and as such, I received a full credit for the cost of the Rincon(27 days after HOKA received the Bondi 7 that did not fit well). Hola makes a comfortable shoe but their return service is poor.

This order was the sixth pair of the Bondi. Thought the "7" would be the same as the two older pairs I have. The "7" was ordered having just returned a pair of the Bondi 8. Unfortunately both the 8 and 7 received suffer from the same problem. The shoes are described as plush but are nowhere near what the older pairs of Bondi's are in terms of cushion and comfort. Extremely disappointed. Both my wife and I have gotten into buying two or three pair of a shoe when finding something we like. We thought we would continue with Hoka but sadly that is not the case.

I am very disappointed in these shoes. I have four Bondi 6 and they all fit wonderfully. I bought so many because they were all Great. I was very surprised to find this problem with the Bondi 7. I wish I could return them.

After all the positive reviews about the Bondi 7 and how great they're supposed to feel, I'm surprised to be writing a negative review and am returning mine tomorrow. I have walked in them for 10 miles or so and my left foot is killing me! There is something wrong that is causing intense pain in my left heel, and I have tried shifting the insole and replacing it with insoles from other shoes, adjusting the lacing, etc to no avail. I have to assume I received a defective shoe since I have never had this happen before, but it makes me leery about trying another pair of Hokas.

This was my5th pair (sneakers & boots) and most-recent purchase. For the record all my previous Hokas were/are amazing, by far the best sneakers I've ever owned and I live in my boots every weekendgreat stuff. These new Bondi's though are utter garbage. I bought the same size/width as always and they were unusually tight. I knew I could work around it so I kept them. I wore them to the airport and flew down to Palm Beach for a long weekend. The first day we were there we got caught in a heavy 20 min rain storm; the shoes got swamped. The sun came out and it got hot, hot, hot. Walking around on the pavement & walkways the soles started to just pull off: whole sections would just peel off. Within 30 minutes all the hard rubber on the soles had fallen off and there was just the plush, squishy foam. I wore them for about 6 hours and now they're garbageso disappointing. What happened to Hoka??

I have worn HOKA One One M Bondi US 11.5 2E for years, probably at least 8 pairs and they have been great. This last pair is narrow and uncomfortable. It was either mislabeled, or they have changed the style, but I'll bet they were mislabeled. I am returning them. Notice the difference in the photo, old shoe on right, and new shoe on the left.
