Not good for over pronation, show feels like walking on stilts, with not lateral support.

Ordering this pair of sneakers was a mistake. They are extremely uncomfortable.

Picked these up at a local running store and was initially very pleased with them. But the more I used them the more I realized the right shoe inside cushion is not sitting correctly and thus has been slightly digging into the right side of my foot. After about 6 weeks it has become very noticeable and irritating to work in. Trying to determine if worth it to ship back as that will be over a third the cost of the shoe.

Brought the Bondi 6 last June. Since then I bought 3 more Hoka shoes to alternate running with. I took this shoe this week on vacation after not running with them for afew months and noticed that the upper mesh have separated from the sole completely. Hoka responses was very disappointing it is over the 2 year warranty. Even then it is less then a month.
I will consider not buying any more Hoka shoes. I think it is a poor customer service. For me it is not a Financial issue.

If you are overweight and have flattish feet these are not going to work.
These are tall enough that the feel pretty much like walking on platforms. Since its all memory foam that is a lot of instability and sinking in.
I am returning these, unfortunately. If you are not overweight then these are probably great but you will be much taller and I would worry about ankle rolling

I really do love the shoes but this is my 3rd pair and they all wore a hole in the material in the heel. Same foot and location and I had the 4, 5 and now 7 and it happened with all of them. I have other brands and i rotate shoes and the other brands dont have an issue. The hole develops probably under 50 miles on the shoes. It might take 6 months or more to get to this point since I rotate with other shoes.

The Bondi has been bread and butter for my shoe rotation for years. Works well for recovery days and long run days. Pure gold for my base mileage, low HR runs. Now the Bondi 7 comes out with a narrow and low toe box. Weird. Why? I stocked up on the Bondi 6, waiting for the Bondi 8 to correct the situation. I don't think buying a wide Bondi is the answer. This would only effect other shoe characteristics, adding to the clunkiness.

The shoe fits nice but the soles were to soft and the heals felt like they were moving around because of the cushion

My toe pulls up with I walk and the Bondi 5 had strong toe box that was strong enough for me not to wear a hole in the big toe area. Now you have changed the material and it is not as strong and only took 3 months to wear a hole in the last pair of shoes I bought. I went into a store the last time and the employee assured me it would be strong enough, but not so. I love you shoes, so trying the only other plush you have.

I really wanted this shoe to fit. All my shoes are a 13 regular, so that's what I purchased in the Bondi from my local running store. After a few minutes around the house I realized the shoe runs long and narrow so I returned them to the store. In order to get a 12.5 in wide I had to order directly from Hoka. This is the first time I ever purchased a wide in any shoe. I thought I was good to go on width but after swveral miles of walking the wides still squeezed my toe resulting in blisters. I thought about Reggie an extra wide, but since I never had to purchase a wide shoe before, I figured Hoka is just not for me. I've never had this much trouble sizing a shoe but Im leaving two stars because Hoka's return policy is awesome and they stand by their product.

The shoes are too big. I need to return them. Last year I owned a pair of Bondi 7, the not wide, size. I had issues with my left foot being squeezed too tight. I had a sore bone on the left side of left foot. As soon as I started wearing my old Bondi 6, that went away. I read some reviews where people were writing that the shoe was narrow, it caused others similar pain. Therefore I tried the wide, but now way too big, starting to get heal pain from not fitting my feet right. I wish I could order more Bondi 6. I will just have to switch brands until the Bondi 8's come out and maybe they will fix them from all the comments people are giving. I

After much research and forever obsessed with finding the PERFECT pair of sneakers,I figured it was time to try Hoka One One. I thought I was in heaven when I first put on the Bondi 7. Unfortunately, it didn't last long. About an hour and a half into my route they started getting uncomfortable. The outside edge was pushing up on the outside of the foot (from the side of my little toe to about halfway down the side/outside edge of my foot making it extremely uncomfortable and somewhat painful. I got the wides and wear wides for all my other sneakers and footwear so I was rather disappointed.

The cushions are thicker than most shoes, however, they are not really comfortable as being praised on the internet. It was a disappointment to me.

The inside sides above the arch are too soft. My arch rolls over the sole and I can feel the end of the insole in my arch.
This is my second pair of Hokas. The first pair was great and was the only sneaker I could wear comfortably. This pair is disappointing.

Right out of the box my new Hokas were nit comfortable.
Ball of my left foot is very sore when wearing.
Last week bought a new pair of Brooks Beasts 20 and no problem with fit or comfort.
Thought Hokas may need a break in period but not true. Hope it gets better. If not they will become my mow the lawn shoes
Shame my first pair are a big disappointment.

These shoes were rated for cushioning and the cushioning was great. However, the stability and fit did not work for me. I bought these shoes because I have a bad lower back. I usually put in 15 to 20 miles of road work each week either outside or on a treadmill. The side to side stability was week and a couple of times I almost rolled my ankles.

I use these shoes for exercise walking. I average about 3.5 miles a session. I walk mainly on the road. The shoes are comfortable but they wear too fast. I have had these shoes for less than a month and the heals are are already worn into the white cushion I have trued 3 other Hoka One One shors and have had the same problem. I have had Gaviota 2, Evelon's and now these all with the same result. I have dealt with your customer service reps, who were all very nice and knowledgeable however each recommended a different product all with the same result. I cannot imagine these shoes are supposed to wear out so quickly. I am planning to return these as well but not sure I will give a different model a try based on this track record.
I would like to discuss my issue with someone if you want comments verbally.

felt like I was walking in platform shoes! They fit great, and looked great too... Just an extremely uncomfortable feeling of always standing on a platform. Couldn't deal with it, thats the reason for the return ~

Too narrow for my foot. Even though size is W, it's not as wide as the Bondi 6. How can I return this pair and get a model comparable to the dimensions and construction of the Bondi 6?

I normally wear size 10 in a regular street shoe. I tried size 10 Hokas but they were too small, then tried 10.5 they were also too small especially in the toe area. Still undecided whether to try 11s or not.

I have a pair of the Bondi 6. They were the same price at the Bondi 7. In about a year's time of only using for outdoor runs (a few dozen times), the right shoe has torn at a seam. Given the limited amount of wear and the price of the shoe, I would expect these sneakers to last. I have purchased multiple sneakers/sandals from Hoka, and have been extremely disappointed in this product and the response from customer service.
