Hurt the outside of my feet, felt bulky and really hard plastic. I don't recommend daily wear. Only for people who stand for 10+ hours.

Too narrow. Need to try EEEE. Arch support too high for flat feet.

I needed to replace my Hoka Bondi 6's, which apparently are no longer available. These 7's are nowhere near as cushioned, so I'm returning them. Another example of trying to improve something and screwing it up.

These are not as wide as I need and I should have returned them when I had the chance. They have not broken in to an adequate width despite replacing the laces with a much longer model. The cushioning feels amazing and very supportive but I will end up donating these since they are just too narrow.

The right shoe was uncomfortably narrow at the ball of my foot (and that is my smaller foot). Felt like a flawed shoe. I should have returned. All the other elements were great.

I've shopped Zappos for many years. From the day I ordered until the shoes arrived it was 8 days. That's UnZappo like from past experiences with them.

I was excited about receiving the shoes, couldn't wait! I liked the style and the fact it was all white, I don't really go for lots of color. But, when the shoe arrived and I removed from the box, the shoe was HUGE!!! I returned the Bondi SR for the same reason. I couldn't believe the size difference of the Rincon 2 shoe I had in size 10, that I love and the Bondi 7 I chose in 10.5. What a difference, when on my foot, you could have seen me from Mars. I haven't given up yet and will try a smaller size.

Despite ordering a wide size, the shoe was still tight in the front.

Plenty of room for the big toe, middle and 4th toe were hitting the end of the shoe. Odd fit

I need to send them back for a refund. I sent you an email on Sunday and have yet to hear from you. I like the feel but don't want to order the next size and wide if they are not going to fit either. So I guess I need a refund correct?

The right shoe has a defect on the inner rt. Middle side.

My feet measure 9.5 and 9.6 both 2E in fleet feet scans. I typically buy a size 10 2E. These shoes in 10 2E fit perfectly in length but are WAY too tight and I instantly felt spillage over the sides of them. These feel like a standard width to me. This is so disappointing. Aside from the tightness and width the shoes feel insanely squishy which is awesome. It’s like stepping on mushy dough. The footbed feels nice and soft yet still responsive. They are SUPER high and not the best looking shoe but that’s not essential to me. I would have loved for these to have worked out but that width was a deal breaker. Had to send them back. If you have a standard width or narrow foot definitely give these a try. As mentioned time and time again they truly are like walking on clouds.

I always wear a size 12 in everything.The said,12 medium. But they were to small. I had to send them back to get a 12.5. So they aren’t true to size. As they state.

This is the second time I've purchased these shoes because they were too big. They are a full size larger than what I usually wear. Maybe even size and a half larger. They feel like clown shoes because of this! It's a shame because they're comfy and cool otherwise. They should be advertised as such. Debating returning again because I do like how they look.

They started out okay, but after a few days it was clear that they were too narrow for my feet. I have a bunion, and the toe box isn't wide enough to keep them from rubbing. Style-wise, however, they look great. I am old school and like plain white sneakers for everyday wear, and they go well with anything in my wardrobe. I don't know what I'm going to do with them now, because I've worn them outside a few times.

I wear a 9 4E in New Balance 990s but tried both a 9 and 9.5 in these and they were not wide enough. The seam of the upper was too snug over top of my foot. Uncomfortable and near painful with actual running. I would be hesitant to go up another size because the 9.5’s were already getting a bit long for my foot. Just a heads up for any extra wide sons of guns, these ain’t as wide and roomy as NB. I returned the Hokas unfortunately. The plush of the sole felt great though. If you have my specific needs, wouldn’t recommend. For a more average foot they seemed great.
