I really wanted to like these. I ran on the treadmill about 10 times and outdoors once. I run on my fore/mid foot. These have huge padding on the heel. I actually didn’t mind them for walking because that’s the only time I heel strike. But for my style of running, they were just too chunky. The style was also not my favorite but that’s lowest on my list for running shoes. The arch support is moderate, but still a touch more than I prefer. I’m very picky about my running shoes and I tend to gravitate to zero drop shoes with a moderate amount of shock absorption. Had to check out the Hokas based on the hype but they’re just not for me.

I am happy with the comfort and stability of the shoe overall. However one issue is the heel material in the shoe is already worn through. I run in the shoe on average only about 30 miles a week and walk about 10. I don't really consider that excessive use. Disappointing for the cost of the shoe and hoping it does not eventually wear through so much that it causes discomfort.

Extremely comfortable and cushioning. I am in the daily, 3-6 miles each time. What I don't like is the sole wears out far too quickly. I get less than half the tread life out of these than I do from every other brand. For the price Hoka could put more and thicker rubber. This is my fourth pair and not one has had the sole last more than 5 months. Without a change to the design I will likely ship for another brand.

The material on the inside heel of one shoe has rolled down and created a lump I can't get rid of.

Toe box too cramped, needs more room without going to a wide width making it too large for the rest of the foot.

I have bones spurs and chip on the top of the metatarsophalangeal joint (MTP). These shoes were very tight on the top of the MTP and painful. I had to return them.

love the shoe, like walking/jogging on a cloud, but the inside heels have fallen apart after 5 months.

I purchased these shoes primarily for walking. They're easy on the feet but don't have enough heel lift so they're hard on my lower back. I don't regret buying them but this will be my last pair. Thanks for the experience.

The shoe is obviously very comfortable, and this is my second pair that I've owned. I had the Bondi 6 and I loved them but the Bondi 7 don't seem to be as good quality wise. After about 2 days of wearing the rubber on the sole started flopping off. Would be a 5 star if not for that.

I wish I had a better review but I became a bit disappointed a week or so into wearing these shoes. I liked the comport but then they started to make an annoying squeaking noice when I walk !'m not easily embarrassed but unless your outside or in a noisy store it does draw unwanted attention. Needless to say I'm dissatisfied

Nine and 1/2 months ago I fell from a roof and crushed and shattered my heel and destroyed the cushion on my heel making walking a new challenge. The Bondi 7's are a lifesaver. I feel like I'm walking on pillows. They provide the support and cushion that I need. However, the one complaint that I have is they got extremely smelly very quickly. I wish they were more odor resistant for the price of the shoe. They obviously are not worn out but the smell makes them appear to be a very old and used hard sneaker. I wish this wasn't happening. I gave them a three star rating for the smell reason only. If not for the smell I would of rated my Bondi 7's the highest star rating. Love the shoes not the smell.

The shoebox was both more narrow and more shallow than other shoes of similar styles and sizes. I was excited about the shoes and disappointed that they didn't fit.

Shoes were not comfortable in my arches and heel area. Returned for a pair of Brooks at the advice of the customer service agent. She was extremely helpful with the selection of replacement shoes.

Shoes are better than off the shelf average shoes. However I don't feel the material or workmanship is worth the price. They're no more comfortable than ASICS or Sketchers you can purchase for $50 a pair less. I'm curious to see if they wear longer and last.

Nice shoe fits well but takes a little getting used to because they are very thick soles. Also very limited colors in wide sizes only black and silver.

The shoes are perfectly comfortable and supportive when walking or running on the street, grass track. My issue is the material they use bulds so much static electricity that I keep getting shocks to the point my treadmill would shut off and reset. I changed to an all rubber bottom and it solved rhe issue. Very disappointed loved the shoes but not worth it.

The shoe seems to be an excellent cushioned shoe, good walking fit, but one needs to be aware of what seems to be a lift of over two inches front to back. I felt like this is not the model of Hoka shoe for running as it would push hard to my liftoff as well as contribute to shortening my achilles and other rear calf tendons - which have tended to contract already with so many years of running. So, regretfully, I decided to return it.

The shoe is not as cushioned as my Bondi 6 especially when wearing for an extended time. It appears the Bondi 6 is no longer made. For future shoes, I will be looking for an alternative.
