It hurts my left little toe. It bruises it to the point it bloods.

It was the best pair of shoes for the first day. Wearing normal shoes felt like walking barefoot. After than the soles would rub along the sides of my right foot. That went away as I broke it in but now it gives me blisters on my right foot if I wear it too long and I still get foot fatigue somehow. I was really counting on it to be really good because I have 3 other pairs of shoes that are pretty worn but not enough to retire. I wanted to wear it on hikes but it seems like it's only good for everyday walking. It feels like I have a 6-8 miles limit. I'll still have to wear them since I spent a lot on them.

Purchased 2 pairs, one for work and one for every day wear. Thought there would be more cushion in the shoes.

I loved my last Hoka, Bondi 6 i believe. Real comfy and sturdy last a long time. These more recent ones certainly were comfy especially after breaking them in but already have a hold in the back inside of the shoe. Ontop of that the back support seems nearly non-existent. I quite like the shoes but seem less than durable than the last series.

They are very comfortable but they make you feel like your standing on tester totter they are fine for shorter walks for me but I am again using Brooks Leviitate5 during my 82 days in Europe ther have level 3 cushioning and I have walked over 90,000 steps with them and they are great!! I like the Hokas but zi do not like feeling like I am rocking!!

The padding in the heel has separated from the lining and outer heel making a lump of padding.

I purchased the Hoka Bondi 7 sneakers because I had previously wore the Bondi 6. I don't find that the sevens have the same support as the sixes.

I have wide feet and the extra wide shoes were fantastic. I have tried to purchase two pairs. Neither was wide enough. Something has changed in the shoe. I moved on.

the width is not the same as my prior versions. the composition is different which is what, I assume, makes the difference. the cushion nature and "bounce" of the shoe is great. go wider on the width compared to previous Bondi versions

I thought I would love Hoka shoes. But these make walking more difficult. Something about how the cushion depresses too much at the heel of my stride making me have to work harder to rock heel to toe. Maybe a lighter person doesn't have this issue, but I am NOT loving these as my walking shoes.

My second pair. My first pair were fantastic-no exaggeration to state a godsend. After several months, it was time for a new pair. As a really big guy (6'5", nearly 300 lbs), the second pair is not nearly as good as the first. I don't know if materials changed - a manufacturing process changed...after about 65 days, these shoes are almost 100% lacking in cushion.

The first two pair of hoka one sneakers or walking shoes were great, Then I went back and the Pearson that fitted me put me in a size twelve regular instead of wide at first they fit fairly well just a twinge at the instep which got steadily worse. From now on will get twelve wide for a little more room at the instep.

I'm torn between the good and bad with these shoes. They were one of the options my foot doctor recommended. I'll also mention I'm a type 2 diabetic in need of a very soft insole and outsole in order to relieve my soreness. The outside of the shoe and the design is excellent and walking in them isn't too bad, and from the looks of it is made from good material. The inside of the shoe, however, has much to be desired. It contains the cheapest, most uncomfortable piece of foam insole I've ever felt in a shoe. I had to replace them with a better, more cushioned insole in order to tolerate wearing them because of the pain I still experience in my feet. It's as if all of the R&D went into the outside design of the shoe and the inside was completely neglected. I feel like if I am spending this much on shoes they should be top quality both inside and out, but that's not the case here. I got the widest fit as well, but they still feel a bit snug even with the strings loose. I won't buy these again unless some serious changes are made in the design taking into account the inner comfort of the shoe as well.

The arch seems a little off is the best way I can describe. Like they are to high on the inside of my foot.

Like the "rocker" motion of the shoe but could use more cushioning and the shoe is a bit stiff. Wound up returning them and got another brand

I bought these after reading several reviews that they were comfortable and well cushioned. They do fit well but even when I add my own insoles they are not especially well cushioned. They are what I would call sturdy and I imagine they will last a while. However with regular wear, I will have to replace my insoles every 3 months. At the price of insoles the cost of the shoe is more than I like to pay.

After using Hokas for a number of years they are still my go to shoe comfortable etc. The New pair has one flaw...they squeak when walking....kind of irritating.

These are not the hokas of the past. You can tell the first time you put them on. The bondi 6 gave you the feeling of "walking on air". Absolutely incredible. These are not those. Pretty much the same as any other shoe in this price range and not worth the premium $. PLEASE go back and make them the way they used to be....truly a "cushioned" sole that felt different and made a difference to ones back.
