I purchased the Bondi 7 when I saw that they were finally available in 4E widths. The cushioning in the shoe is very nice, making it easy to stay on my feet for many hours. Even with the extra height in the soles, the shoes are still fairly light. Unfortunately, the width isn't quite where I would hope it would be for a 4E width, feeling closer to a 3E. There's a little pressure across the balls of the feet that makes the shoes a little tighter than I like. Aesthetically, they're a little on the ugly side, being available in dull grey or black. Both colors make the shoes look clunky and dated. If the fit were better, it'd be easier to overlook the bland styling, but the slightly tight fit makes it a little more difficult to overlook. My hope is that the fabric stretches and I wear the shoe more and that future wide shoes come in more colors as well as expanding to more models.

Great for long standing on the job

I have foot drop. With one brace the shoe slides off. I haven't tried it with the other brace yet. One shoe feels bigger than the other. I'm thinking I may have to return them.

I bought these shoes because of foot and heel issues. They're so cushy and comfortable. I do have a couple of minor complaints. 1) The insert has fairly sharp edges which when I don't wear socks, they will dig into the side of my foot enough to cause a lot of discomfort and pain. I believe if I continued to wear them barefooted, the sharp edge would cut into my skin. 2) The material in the heel area tends to bunch up if your careful putting the shoes on. Overall, I love these shoes for the comfort they provide and how they reduce feet and ankle issues.

I hardly understand why so many sports shoes come with such lengthy shoe laces. With so much shoe engineering put into the construction of these shoes, you would think someone could come up with a simple easily synched and SECURE way to keep the shoes on your feet without the flapping overly long laces. The laces, if you don't trip over them, come untied almost before you are out the door. I do appreciate that there is now a shoe made in the extra wide width. I have the foot of a cave man. Extra wide comfortable shoes help calm me whenever I am out of the cave.

When I first got the shoe I nearly returned it. I got it because I have a bruised heal/plantar fasciitis and the edges of the heal cup irritated my heal. I bought them as walking shoes, but relegated them to gym shoes, because I wouldn't put as many miles on them. As I wore them more, they have become more comfortable. I have started wearing them some for walks and they are working well. Time will tell, whether they become really comfortable and how the sole holds up.

Everyday use (concrete)! Recommended by a friend. Large percentage of your models have white soles.....do not prefer. Consequently, not many options. Soles seem high (thick)

The shoes are comfortable for the most part, but are narrow.

4E width are hard to find. While these have an extremely comfortable sole, I still have to loosen the shoe strings as much as possible so that my feet don't feel squeezed around the forefoot. Otherwise these are great shoes. I do wish there were a couple more color options for my size.

I am not a runner, but I have been dealing with posterior tibial tendinitis for several months. I have been trying to find a shoe that would offer great cushion and support. I really love this shoe. It's comfortable, very sturdy with tons of cushion! I also have super flat feet and the sole/mid sole comes up fairly high and hits my foot right in the painful arch area. Unfortunately I had to return them. Hopefully a different style will work better.

I purchased these for my husband who wears Vans slipons with no arch support. These fit wonderful and he loves the style. He had to get used to being an inch taller!

Sizing length no complaints. Wide 2E, is too narrow, too tight and I'm a skinny person. Half size up was still too narrow tight. Had to go Wide 4E, but was too wide all over and had no choice. The same problem existed when I purchased Bondi 6, but with Bondi 7, the workmanship is worse. It feels worse. Buying Hoka, size 2E is really size D.

I have really wide and flat feet so finding shoes for me is a chore. Hoka has been the best brand I've found for my feet. The Bondi 7 has the best cushioning for both my feet and people who work in warehouses. Only wish they had wider sizes in the women's section so I could get these shoes in the colors I want.

Not as comfortable as my other Hoka shoes

I like the feel of the bondi 7. I tried the scape goat and the gaviota I sent them back the gaviota was too stable and made my feet hurt the scape goat is made with some kind of funny material almost like plastic. The bondi worked well and seems to be well made. I had no hassle returning the others. Good shoes. I am going to try the clifton to see if I like it I did not give the shoe a 5 star because I like the tongue to come up higher on the instep.

We received HOKA recommendations from a number of runners and wa;lkers. We are retirees and doing a lot of walking for our exercise during COVID Pandemic. I like the Bondi 7 but I ordered a 10 medium. I wear 9 in dress shoes and have been wearing a 10 in my new balance walking shoes. The HOKA feels a little small to me. It is a good solid shoes and I like the thick base.

Great walking shoes

True to size almost the perfect shoe. The tongue on the ankle desires more comfort. Cushion and shock absorption are awesome.

But the Shoe laces are starting to un- thread now I've only had these shoes for less than a month Besides that issue the shoes bondi 7 itself are great
