I am 6', 195 lbs, and 69 years old male. I used to be a runner but converted to walking as I got into my late 50s. I walk briskly for 5 miles 4 or more times per week and work the weights 3-4 times per week. I have problems with my right foot and running shoes are hard to fit. I have made my up to a 14 2E. I tried on this size in a retail store and they were way too big in length and slightly too wide. Lateral movement felt unstable. The store didn't have a 13 2E so I ordered them from Hoka. They are okay but a little bit longer would feel better and they are not quite wide enough either. I am continuing to wear them-they are a good shoecomfortable except for in the forefoot area. A 13.5 2E would be the best fit but I don't think that I can get that size in just about any good brand running shoe.

Honestly I adore Hoka's whole line but for some reason this time the Wide was not wide enough even though it had been in the past. After 2 weeks they still hadn't adjusted so I sold them to a friend with the same giant feet (although narrower) and ordered an EE with my fingers crossed because I cannot imagine life without my Hokas!!

They're still new, but very comfortable. The service representative was great, but I had difficulty with delivery because FedEx doesn't deliver to a P.O. Box and no one had asked me for a physical address. The original pair (before the exchange) was sent UPS and was delivered to my post office box with no problem.

arch support is very high and narrow. I tried both 11 and 11.5, both were very uncomfortable

I bought this shoe on a recommendation from a fellow distance runner. Due to a foot problem I ware an extra wide shoe. Although extra wide , When they arrived I tried them on and they seemed a little tight and after running I had several deep blisters that took weeks to recover. I have since returned. Excellent return policy. A great shoe I wish I could ware.

Nice neutral plush shoe. Runs 1/2 size too short and a size narrow, meaning if you are an 11.5 then buy a 12 and if you are a D get a 2E and if you are a 2E get a 4E. I wish the outer sole was a little more soft like the discontinued Bondi Leathers. When you put in a custom orthotic the shoe starts to be tight so consider that. It's worth a try.

Was looking for shoes to help my husband's plantar fasciitis. I won't say these have cured it, but he is wearing them daily and seems to have stopped wearing other shoes he had.

I have owned Hoka's exclusively for the last ten years or more so I cannot compare them to other brands. Having said that, it seems some of my earlier purchases had a more cushioned sole. Might just be my imagination or older feet.

Comfortable but mesh uppers not as supportive as leather. I don't wear them everyday so this is most evident when switching off to another shoe.

This is my first pair of Hoka's. I needed a shoe to replace the New balance 928 mesh that I have worn for several years. I walk daily for fitness, so I needed a shoe that would be comparable to the 928, which was not available from the two sources I usually use. So far I am liking the Bondi 7, but I think I may have found a better match for daily walking. When I was looking, I didn't find another selection that might have been better, since most of the Hoka's seem to be geared for runners. I have since gone back to Hoka's site and found another shoe that I think may have been better for my needs. The only other slight problem I had with the selection was when I decided on the "High Risk Red," which appeared intense red in the catalog, was actually delivered as a bright red orange. I can live with it, but the photograph was not very accurate! I have found the Bondi 7 to have a thicker sole than the New Balance shoe, and a bit more "Cushy" feel. It is comfortable. I will be better able to make a comparison after I wear my new Hoka's longer.

Shoes are very comfortable and as reviewed by many, are good for neuropathy sufferers. My only issue is that they seem a little “wonky” when walking downhill on uneven ground.

My friend is an instructor at the Barber School and the purchase was for him. I'm thankful that he is not complaining about sore, tired feet anymore. The shoes are so comfortable that he just ordered another pair.

When adding the extra cushion it raises your foot slightly in the shoe, so the sides do not come up as far. consequently, it feels like my foot is coming out of the shoe because I have high arches. The second problem is the tongue of the shoe seems to be too short and tends to slide down rather than stand up past the lases. Otherwise, it is a fine running shoe that softens the impact on a hard surface.

Most comfortable walking shoes I've ever used. The high stack height makes you think about big lateral movements.

I bought these with high hopes of being the right sneaker for me. They are a very nice shoe but just not made right for my feet.

I have an issue of Morton's neuroma and cushioning is very important. To be certain, the shoe is very good at that. I have two pairs and unfortunately, one shoe of the four appears to be slightly shorter causing my big toe to be discomforted of several hours of wearing. The only other drawback for the shoe design is the fact that the shoe tongue always slides downward when putting my foot into it. Some brands do a better job of attaching the tongue to the shoe so this doesn't occur.

Im 67 with 14wide feet. Iwalk and jog and like the bondi because it takes a lot of the shock off of my knees. I don't need a brace when i use these shoes

Most comfortable shoe I have ever ran in. I usually have pain after my run. After purchasing the Clifton and Bondi have relieved my stress in my legs and feet. Best run I have had so far. Both are slightly heavy or chunky shoes but the comfort is worth it for me.

I am walking to lose weight, I need lots of padding because of my joints. These are good shoes but they do not seem to fit right, the heels feel to low, I get blisters on my toes and I cannot wear they all day when at work as they hurt my toes and heels.

It is still early in the process. However, at this moment the Hoka One Ome Bondi 7's feel good. Time will tell.
