Bought these trail shoes to use as golf shoes when I walk. Basically playing in sneakers but with a gripping sole. Works great.

Walking and general use.

These shoes are extremely comfortable to walk in and the blue colors look great. Look good, feel good, play good.

My feet do not hurt after a round of golf compared to regular golf shoes.

Just started running and a friend recommended Hoka shoes. Specifically, Torrent 2's. I've probably run 50 miles in them so far and they feel great. Very forgiving.

Hoka shoes was bought for constant walking and it does not disappoint. Product look sturdy, comfortable, very light and balanced. I recommend this to friends and family.

I ran a little 5K and walked all over Rocky Mountain National Park in these shoes last weekend. The shoe is quite lightweight but I have never found a better supportive shoe. At the end of each day my feet didn't stiffen up and ache like usual. These shoes are fabulous! I am a woman with a size 12A foot which has always been difficult to fit, but for some reason these men's shoes fit perfectly.

I actually use these as my hiking shoes when I go up to the Appalachian trail. Nice light weight and comfortable.

Torrent to serve me really well hiking 5 to 8 miles a day for a week on varied and pretty steep terrain. But also super comfortable for the casual dog walk around the neighborhood. Love that it is more low to the ground than some of the more plush offerings, which I don't feel give me the springiness in maneuverability of the more responsive shoe like torrent. I drove myself a bit crazy researching whether to go with speed goat or Gaviota or zinial. In the end I think these are terrific shoe a great grippy soul, quite narrow and supportive. Feel a bit like my super comfy hupana with the extra grippy sole.

My heel started to hurt. I bought a pair for work and within 2 weeks pain is gone it really helped fight the beginning of planter fasciitis

This is my first pair of Hoka shoes. Recommended by my Doctor after surgery. What a wonderful cushioned shoe !

Great for running, excellent grip and smoothness.

I love the shoes for steep gnarly mountain running. I have worn speedgoats for years and have really liked them as well. I also had a couple pairs of the original torrents which I loved but always kept them for lower distances and thought of them for a marathon and under distance. Living in the San Juan's, and with my less then ideal running form I shred shoes fast. I wear down the heels of the minimal lug vibram in the speedboat 5's in less than 125 miles. I originally ran in the Challengers and as much as I loved those the durability was terrible for me. The torrents are more responsive than other Hoka's for me, have ample cushioning for my torn up knees (3 knees reconstructions) and have the best grip for loose steep gnarly mountain trails that lasts longer than other hoka's at a much better value. Ran the San Juan solstice 50 and they felt more than adequate as far as cushioning for that distance. I would not hesitate to run my next 100 in a fresh pair of these. They do not have a rock plate and you will feel the occasional non-ideal foot strike but the featherweight feel of this shoe while being super nimble with an aggressive grip for loose technical mountain running checks all the boxes for me! Good on width and size, may want to consider a half size up with a light/medium cushion sock as a general rule to keep your feet happy, also gives the ability to switch to a non-cushion sock to give more room later in a race.

These shoes are used for everyday wear. They are extremely comfortable, and I may order another pair just because I love them so much! I had the previous version of these shoes and these just got even better!

6' 1" 290lbs and I love the fit and grip for running the trails. Comfortable enough for wearing afterward to run errands.

These fit my feet well and do not cause any discomfort. I will be ordering a second pair soon.
