I had worn the Sr bandi shoes for two weeks and can not break them in.I have nerve issues from burns and a bad hip joint and I can,t walk at the end of my day.I hope it,s the inserts or something else Everyone praises these shoes and I don,t want to give them a bad review.

Very comfortable shoe and the leather portion is very durable and easy to clean. Only issue is the front toe cap became unglued after only two months of wearing them.

It's comfortable in the sense of walking, however, the shoes are quite bulky and heavy compared to other Hoka models. I have ankle issues, and Bondi is kind of heavy for me. For ppl with calf or heel injuries, I would recommend them to try this out.

I was a little disappointed that these are not a springy and soft (walking on a cloud) as my Hoka 6's and 7's are. If you could put the same sole on them as the HOKA 7's then IMHO) that would be the best shoe ever!! Can you do that??
Also I'm outdoors a lot and the soles on the black shoes track in a lot of dirt that the 7's don't track in.
I also bought a pair of these for a friend and I don't see them on her feet She's an ER Nurse and I thought the waterproof function would suit her well- waterproof is good but the shoe gives up the comfort I was hoping for.

Recommended by a podiatrist to alleviate plantar fasciitis pain in left foot. End result was pain in both feet with increased pain in left foot. That being said it is a good quality shoe and would recommend to others that do not have similar foot problems.

I loved the dirt pair I bought but they discontinued. This pair was great for the first 3 months. Now my feet are starting to hurt and I'm looking for a new pair.

With past and future knee surgery, I was hoping that these shoes would make walking a little easier but I haven't noticed it. They are big and a little clunky. They may offer a little extra support but I don't notice the padding helping here. I bought these on the HOKA site. I recommend trying them on before purchasing. That's what I plan to do next and hopefully find the right shoe for me.

Love my Bondi 6 soft sneakers- and Clifton. The Bondi SR is uncomfortable. The leather shoe is tight and too rigid
I'd also recommend:

My family hates the shoes and thinks I look stupid wearing them, therefore I don't wear them. Not the first bad purchase I've ever made. They're good shoes, just not for me.

I bought the Bondi Sr for nursing school thinking it would be better for me since it is water resistant, but it gets so hot and is not ventilated well. I wish I had just gotten the regular bondi 7s. Then it would've been the perfect shoe!

I now have 3 pair and love the cushion working on cement floors all day. The do though seem to make my foot roll to the outside that results in some pain after being on feet all day. Still trying to figure out how to maybe supplement the insert to help my foot rolling problem.

Very comfortable for hard surface walking. However, both shoes are noisy. The noise occurs when your back foot is bent and ready for push off. Probably part of the non slip tread pattern. The noise does not surpass the comfort, bit it is annoying.

I am on my feet all day and these shoes are great for that. The foam collar did wear a hole in it after a few months of use. May buy again.

I wanted to replace my leather Hoka shoes and failed. The new model replacement is a step backwards. The size has been squeezed down in all dimensions (cutting corners). Also, replacing leather with a plastic coated finish is a step backwards.

Too tight around the top of the foot. The Brooks Addiction v2's I'm replacing were much more comfortable at the same size. Returning.

I wear them for restaurant work. 5 miles of walking on a busy shift. I bought the 13's. Thought they were wides. Although I normally wear 13 regular, these still are snug. Also, the left shoe makes an embarrassing squeak with each step. I am normally happy with Hoka shoes but I'm not sure these were the shoe for me. I'll still purchase Hoka brand shoes though.

I dishwash in a pizza restaurant, so I walk around on wet and sometimes uneven concrete floors. Those shoes keep my feet nice and dry, and they fit great. Unfortunately, my heels slip out whenever I walk. I have had heel slippage issues with hoka before, so I wear thick socks with these. That seems to help, still pretty annoying.

Received my sr bondi shoes in the mail only to find the glue for the toe guard visible. Called in to see about a exchange and the process was not worth the time. Had to print off my own shipping label and then drop off at shipping location. Then wait for them to receive and shipped back another pair. It a ideal situation for a pair of work shoes.

I had this shoe just over a month till it started hurfing my feet although the mid sole is very cushiony it wasnt stable on the sides so if you tend to pronate it will start to hurt the sides of your feet and also in my case gave my ankle a slight sprain the non slip grip is great hoka just make it more durable and supportive specially on the sides maybe i will buy again but if not improved i would letgo right now

This is my second pair of these shoes. The first was really great a little stiff to break in at first, but other than that rather comfy. The second pair on the other hand did not fit. It has made me question their quality control. I specifically had a problem with the right shoe. I could not get the heel to tighten around my ankle. I tried different knots and eyelet positioning to jo avail. Im not sure if it is a post COVID issue or something else. My wife , mother in law, and two other friends have all had little to no problems. I have returned them and I am very thanks for the 30 day guarantee. I would like to give a better rating but I just can't.
