I have tried many different "great shoe brands" and these did not meet expectations at all. I have to stand on my feet a lot and or walk long distances with work and school. These are OKAY with comfort when walking, with standing for long periods of time these are not comfortable or the shoe for you. My feet will definitely hurt after an 8 hour day. I think it's notably to mention I do wear compression socks as well so you would think it would aid in comfort with the shoes but it does not. I like to say I have "bad feet" probably plantar fasciitis or something of the sort. If you don't have any standing issues/your feet are okay after long days then these shoes will be fine for you!

The treads are too tight and narrow so pebbles loge in the soles, which scratches my hardwood floors.
Angle the treads so stones don't stick as easily

I work on my feet at a major hospital all day long, and instantly loved my last pair of new Bondi SR, but this new pair feel much more firm and rigid to the point of being uncomfortable during break-in. I'm not sure if the materials or design have changed, but something is definitely different. I've been wearing this new pair for a month, and they don't feel like I'm walking on a cloud the way my last pair did. Both pairs were a perfect fit for my feet.

Great shoe except that the tongue digs into my ankle and it is quite painful after a while. Have not had that problem with the Gavotta 3 or 4

Seems like a well made shoe, but the arch is way too high for for my feet .

Let me start by saying I own 3 pair of Bondi 7's and 1 pair of Bondi 8's and 1 pair of One One's. This pair of Bondi SR's was more of a leather-like tennis shoe. It's very stiff and makes my size 7.5 foot look so much wider and longer than the other Bondi shoes. Almost like clown shoes. The SR does not seem to have as much support for my arches. I wish they still made the Bondi 7'sbest shoe ever!

They "rock" forward while testing them. They made me dizzy. Sorry. I'll look for a different pair.

These shoes are THE BEST work shoes I've ever had. They are incredibly comfortable and the grip is fantastic, especially on ice and slippery floors.
However... the design of the exterior looks tacky. They are not dress shoes at all, and do not match any type of business-wear.
HOKA, why not just smooth out the top and sides? You could do that and sell this as a $200+ dress shoe! Now I'm looking at other brands or some means to modify these to look more professional.

Hello, I have Plantar fasciitis and my sister told me to buy these because she has the same thing. My feet are still hurting me so bad I had to put the wood insert from my foot doctor back inside these shoes to wear to work everyday plus use pain patches and cream every night and morning. I am disappointed and was hoping these shoes would of helped me out like they did my sister and wouldn't need to continue to use the wood inserts anymore especially for how much we paid for the shoes. Maybe my expectations were too high. But 'm not sure if I will make the purchase again!! Maybe the arch wasn't high enough like it should have been for my feet. I wish it was higher maybe my feet wouldn't be hurting so bad. I just wish my feet would stop hurting me so bad.

My hiking shoes are Hoka 12.5 size and they fit perfect.
Surprised the difference in fit.
Hopefully these will stretch a bit.

I wanted a solid white Hoka, so I took a chance on the wide size. It was not wide enough as my small toes probate outward and rub these shoes. I require extra wide. Also, on the Bondi, the tongue is too short to grab and keep it from being pushed inside with the foot. The all leather water resistant version looks good, but it does not breathe well.

I bought this shoes recommend by a friend but I'm not sure if I did a right decision. They're not very comfortable like they look I hope they last longer a least. I would like to return or exchange if I could.

There is discomfort of the tongue rubbing against my foot. Softer material needed maybe?
The thickness of the shoe makes walking feel sort of like walking in sand, which made my feet and legs more fatigued instead of less at the end of the day. The cushioning also makes you feel quite a bit slow on your feet. This made this shoe impossible for me to wear on a long shift, unfortunately. And this hurt quite a bit considering the Ultra-Premium price point.
I do however think there is a lot of potential with this shoe! If the tongue was made of a softer material and if HOKA compromised with a sole that is a little less thick and not as bouncy I think this could be one of the better/best service industry shoes.

I am impressed with the comfort and I am glad I "invested" in my feet. They were comfortable right out of the box. I have to buy leather shoes for my work. They need to be weather resistant as all the breathable, mesh shoes get my feet wet and are not as durable. I do wish they had more selection with the all leather shoes. Also, the anti-slip traction sole is pretty good. The only "bad" thing I have to say is that the tread loads up on snow and does not want to release it. So it makes for a slippery transition coming in from the snow onto a hard floor. I had a couple of times where I almost fell. All in all, my feet feel better(on my feet 14+ hours a day). And since my feet feel better, my lower back feels better!

I'm about a month in on these shoes. They came highly recommended from co-workers. The first couple of days they felt like I was walking on clouds. It was amazing. I'm a waiter and work 40 house a week on my feet. So after a few weeks of wear l no longer feel like I'm walking on clouds. They're slightly better than cheaper brands. I most likely won't be purchasing again due to the high price. I usually go through 2 pairs of shoes per year. We'll see how long these last.

I am a teacher and had Achilles tendon surgery. It was suggested that these shoes may help. The arch support is great but the heal support and back of the shoe make it difficult to wear while standing for more than a few hours at a time. The back of the shoe pushes right on the Achilles.
If not for my surgery I am sure these shoes would be fantastic for lots of standing.

I'm a chef and on my feet for a minimum of 10 hours per day. It's taking longer to break these shoes in than any other I've owned. The problem is they run narrow which would have been good to know ahead of time. I never buy a wide size but needed it in the non-slip style.

I use them in a real kitchen working 8 to12 hours a day 5 days a week. The fit is good and non slip part is great but I had to take off the insoles so that my feet wouldn't hurt. Other than that they're cool.

I bought these for work because they were leather & anti slip. I think there were mislabled. I usually get 10.5 2E . These were too wide and too long .2E has always fit well , and has a extra thumb width at the toe so my toes don't get sore banging on the end of the shoe .I have a longer 3rd toe . But even with thick winter socks they were like tripping me and my foot was slipping around in side.

The shoe is cut too short or something. I read the other reviews and they say the tongue is too short that too, but they completely cut into your ankles and my ankles are small. They feel amazing on my feet and they're leather on top, so working in the medical field, I tolerate them.
