I run in this shoe 5 days a week. Since wearing this shoe, I no longer suffer with Planters Fasciitis! I actually have two pairs in different colors. The back and white shoe looks more like navy outdoors instead of black. I would have preferred a true black tone, but the shoe works wonderfully for me.

Ricon 2 is my favorite style of HOKA. This is my 3rd pair to buy. This Clemstis blue is striking. I have had multiple complements when I wear them.

This is my first pair of Hokas and after a couple of 3-5 mile runs, I'm really enjoying them. At first, they didn't feel as cushy as my Brooks, but the cushioning is enough that my legs don't feel sore or tired after a run. The wider toebox has also done wonders for alleviating the calluses and pain I would get in my big toes following longer runs. I will be trying Hokas again when I need to replace these!

My podiatrist recommended the Hoka brand to wear with my orthotics. These felt good right off the get go. I got these for walking and will probably get another pair to wear for casual.

This is my 3rd pair of Hoka's and love them all. These I think are my favorite looking ones and get compliments all the time on them. Super comfy! This style seems to run a little bigger than my other styles and more space in the toe box area as well. Keep up the great styles and colors and great shoes!

WOW! I finally found the perfect shoe to "hike" with on an elliptical! Light Weight, good support, extra cushioned footbed – and my toes no longer go numb. True to size. I guess it's safe to say that I'm now "hooked on Hoka."
I'd also recommend:

Very comfortable, light weight and good support. Wish they don't discontinue this product like the older version which was equally good.

I ordered the blue/white stripe with citrus yellow sole for walking. Love the look.....a creative take on an athletic shoe. Once I added a metatarsal insole they are wonderful!!! No break-in period needed. Very lightweight, roomy toe box, super cushy and absorb impact nicely. I like them so much that I just purchased the Tivra for cross training. Both styles are true to size.

This review is for all the people out there who are die hard Nike fans that can't admit they need to switch their running shoes. I was skeptical when purchasing these shoes last year. The pandemic shut down the gyms, which forced me to change my daily workout routine. Eventually I wanted to achieve my goal and become a runner. For YEARS I have wanted to become a runner, but I always gave up after the first week. However, I forced myself to run a couple of miles a day in Nike Pegasus 37's. It wasn't terrible, but I was feeling the pain of shin splints and the recovery wasn't great. Then someone told me to invest in a pair of Hokas. I did all the research on these shoes. Spent 2 weeks looking through all the options and thinking to myself, "Over $100 for shoes, JUST FOR RUNNING?? Am I really that bold of a person? Will it help me stay motivated to stay a runner?". Once I decided on these shoes, clicked purchase, I was VERY anxious. When they arrived, I fell in love with them. They are the PERFECT running shoe. I went from running 2-3 miles a day (in my nikes) to 5 miles a day (sometimes 10 when I have the time), and the recovery is great, no more aching feet, no more shin splints, it's crazy what a difference a pair of shoes can make. 626 miles later, I'm buying a new pair in the hot coral color. Thank you Hoka for inspiring me to be the runner I always wanted to be!!

I have had so many issues with my feet hurting or my Achilles. But since my husband talked me into getting Hoka ,I have not had any issues. I did size up and that helps my toes. As I tend to run on my toes. I run an average of 20 miles weekly .

I use these shoes for back support . They have great shock absorption. I use my own inserts which is a plus.
