These Hoka shoes are really comfortable, they arrived in a timely matter it didn't take long to receive them. This is actually my second pair and I will be getting some more, because I have flat feet and they are really good for people with flat feet, I love them.

I have been running for 10 years and I have never been so disappointed with a shoe. If this wasn't the 4th pair of hoka ive bought then I would never buy hoka again. Luckily the three other pairs I've had were amazing so im not sure why this shoe is gatbage.

I normally don't wear wide shoes. But these shoes make my feet go numb when I ran in them. These are for long and skinny feet.

Used for running. Shoe is comfortable as far as cushioning but the way it felt while I ran was off. It felt like I was being forced to land on my heel. It felt as though I was trying to run uphill. Shins burned like crazy.

Shows are cute, but hurt the balls of my feet. Tried to print return address, but error kept occurring. No email was sent with return address. Can't get ahold of chat people to discuss issues.

I have worn Hokas for long distance running for years, I used to find they were so comfortable and supportive. The updates made to the last editions of these shoes and the Rincon's have for the first time caused me severe foot pain. First I developed plantar facitis -- which is a first for me and then developed lateral toe bed pain. I made no changes to my running routes or routines with the changes.
I have also tried to contact customer service and there has been no way to do so.

I like that it's light but it is too snug for my toes. I ended up with bruised big toe and huge blister. I wish they come in wide.

I used it 4x (5mile run) about 4.5 hours approximately in total and the soles are flaking away. The bottoms actually look like I've worn them for 4 months straight. I am returning them and trying the Bondi.

I have worn the shoes four times and every time I wear them I get a real bad back pain. Can you please tell me if I can return them and get a better support shoe.

I am on my feet 8 hours a day, I walk on average 8 miles a day at work. This shoe felt like I was walking barefoot. Felt like no cushion at all. Will be sending back.

They are a nice style but my ankles and hips have been hurting since running in these shoes. They do not have a lot of cushion like other styles. I would not go with these shoes again. I wish I could exchange them, as I won't wear them anymore.

I bought a size 7 1/2, the size of my other shoes and this one runs big. It is so large that I cannot use. I feel like I need a size 6 to fit hmm properly. The sad thing is, I've already sent the message and no one from the company responded.
