I wear these shoes all day. I have a very bad case of plantar fasciitis AND sciatica! Before I bought Hoka, I thought I was buying "good" shoes for support and comfort only to find out that after wearing them for a few weeks the pain in my right foot, right leg, right hip, buttocks and low back came back. It has been debilitating at times to the point where I could not sleep at night and I was in constant pain. I went through rounds of steroids that helped short term, stretching helped some, heat/ice helped some. Going for walks was very painful. My right ankle always swelled up when on my feet for too long and my leg looked like a club. A referral to a spine and joint doctor only revealed that if exercises did not work, they would recommend injections. I will not do injections. A friend said her brother bought these as recommended by his podiatrist and found great support with them. I gave them a try. 1.) my ankle has not been swollen since I started wearing them. I can actually SEE my ankle bone. AND my leg/ankle are now the same size as my left leg. 2.) MINIMAL to ZERO pain in my right heel, leg, hip, low back! I was very surprised and I was waiting for it to come back. IT HAS NOT! 3.) I am sleeping better. 4.) I am able to walk the mile around our neighborhood without excruciating pain. 5.) My feet do not hurt when standing for long periods (I hand pour candles so I am standing a long time) 6.) the cost of the shoes expressly outweighs the cost of injections and specialists! 7.) Minimal need for any pain reliever such as Advil or Tylenol. 8.) This is the best I have felt in a very long time 9.) the customer service rep I spoke with was so helpful and professional and KNOWS the products very well! 10.) I am very pleased and have recommended Hoka to everyone I know that has an issue with feet, back, hips pain. 11.) I did go up a half size for a better fit.

Felt the difference from the moment I put them on. I work parttime at a big box home improvement store and am standing and walking on concrete for hours at a time. My feet had really become a problem with pain in both feet centering on the ball of my foot. Hoka simply resolved the issue. No pain. Count me as a fan of Hoka.

Thank you for this Stinson ATR. I need a grey, very sturdy, plush shoe with metatarsal support. And you delivered. I have Clifton8, Giavotti so I like your products. BUT I needed a these for light hiking, traveling over rocks and cobblestones for days. Again, thank you.

I like the toe box on this shoe. It is wide enough for my wide feet. I only wish they would last longer as they are expensive.

I have a genetic disorder that causes chronic pain and have a really hard time finding shoes that are comfortable- these are amazing. So comfortable and supportive. I definitely recommend them to everyone. Also the foot bed and toe room is excellent too.

I use it for hiking and general walking.

I loved this shoe the instant I put on my shoe on and walked. I loved it so much I purchased 2 pairs!

I am never disappointed with this brand.. no matter what shoe I have. I'm in the gym 5-7 days and I have trained in the speed goat to the Clifton, all are super comfortable!

Love the cushion and rocker sole on this shoe. I usually wear a Wide, but this shoe works well once I loosen up the laces. My feet are very wide at the toes and skinny at the heels. Perfect fit.

I will never wear another running shoe. I have heel spurs and these shoes feel great! I don't have any heel pain. I run on dirt roads and these shoes stand the test. Great purchase! Thank you!

These are a great shoe for all types of activities. I have worn the Bondi for work (healthcare, hard floors, standing entire shift) for years, they've been literal lower body savers! The change of the heel design of the Bondi this year was not one that works for me so I've switched to the Stinson ATR because its description was also listed as plush, like the Bondi. Unfortunately, the Stinson ATR is not as plush as the Bondi, so the lower body pains from standing all day on hard floors at work has returned to a large degree. Hoping the next Bondi model has a return to the prior heel design.

Love, love these shoes!! I have PF and other daily foot pain. I can wear these for walking several miles a day walking the dog. Don't have pain when wearing or after wearing.

Great feel, I have several pair that I rotate for work. I am flat footed and they give the perfect protection to my arch areas from contact with the ground.

Walking and workouts without the knee pain

I have been having terrible pain when I walk due to my Plantar fasciitis. My wife insisted on buying me these shoes. I am SO happy to say that I can walk without pain! Also, the shoes look amazing. It took a while to get use to the thick cushion, but once I wore them for a day, they are just wonderful!

Please make Stinsons in 15 more colors like you do the Clifton's !!
