Walking and running.. I've gained weight and they support my ankles well

My first Hokas were Bondi 6's that I wore till they fell apart. 2 years! That's a lot of time. Love my new Clifton 7's! So light and just the right amount of cushion. Great looking in the dark blue as well.

I wear these for walking on pavement only. My knees and joints were starting to feel sensitive with regular (though good quality) trainers. These are light as air and I can walk for miles everyday.

The moment I stepped onto the treadmill, I couldn't help but to go wow! These are incredibly comfortable to wear during long or short runs. Oh and definitely stick to your true size in shoes. I learned that the hard way based off reviews of the Clifton 6, assuming they would be too big again. Turns out the Clifton 7's are fit to your actual size. Hoka One One was super helpful in exchanging shoe sizes right away, and I got mine within the week after shipping the wrong shoe size back. I would definitely recommend buying these to cushion your feet on runs! And I look forward to future purchases of shoes from this company in the future!

These shoes are so comfortable. They have made such a difference in my running because my feet hurt less and they are so comfortable. I run mostly on pavement so these provide some great cushion. Highly recommend

I have the Bondi And this is my second pair of cliftons. The Bondi is too soft fir me for running, but great fir on my feet all day. I love Cliftons fir running and gym shoes

I have been walking 3-8 miles a day for 9 months. I lived my original walking shoe but about four months ago I developed horrible pain in my heal and foot ((PF). It made walking painful. I had heard about the Cliftons and decided to try... it was immediate relief (For everyday wear) and has helped tremendously. I can exercise again without the pain.

I use this shoe for walking. The width runs small.

This sneaker support your foot very well it's coushiony and soft . For some one that work 12 plus hours on her feet this shoe is the first to make it though all those hours.

Awesome shoe! Purchased two pairs for my mother and she loves them ,you absolutely get what you pay for ,a comfortable every day comfort shoe which can also be used for workouts and runs. I hope to soon grab a pair for myself.

Extremely comfortable. I was having a lot of heel/arch pain with other sneaker brands but not with my HOKA's. So very happy I decided to give them a try. I will continue to buy this brand going forward.

I recently became an outdoor runner due to COVID and needed great shoes! These shoes are amazing! I was told to go 1/2 a size up since I would be running in them!
