As a restaurant worker I was very excited to try these shoes. The website stated that my size weighs around 11.5 oz which is lighter than my current shoe. It actually weighs over 14 oz. I wore them around the house for an hour before needing to remove them. Don't know if it's just my feet or their weight but they were very uncomfortable.

It is a very difficult shoe for a 90 year old person to wear......the very cheap shoe laces are constantly slipping undone and I stepped on one and almost fell. The shoes are of no value to me. I have purchased 4 other pairs. in the past. carol huson 7. 7. 25

most ugliest shoes I've ever seen. from the online pic you can't tell how awkward they look. I almost broke my fingernails just trying to get my foot into the top of the sneakers. the sneakers look super awkward and thick and wide like you broke your feet and needed prescription shoes. crazy narrow and tight at the opening and inside and super clunky and heavy, too heavy for my feet. mind you I'm a size 7.5 medium width, skinny feet. regret the purchase and returned them.

So i purchased my first pair of Hoka shoes in the beginning of June 2025, received my shoes on 6/16/2025 I work with the USPS and while i was out on a route today on 6/26/25, I noticed that the top of my right Hoka shoe unglued from the tip , I feel extremely disappointed they are comfortable but can't believe for the amount these shoes are they unglued already. That's the reason for the 1 star.

Tremendous hard shoes. No comfortable even after 2 hrs. Working and standing. Hard soles. And not good looking either.

I have had these shoes for less than 6 months. The shoes lost all of the color and started to turn this discolored orange color and the leather is cracking all over the shoes. The tip of the shoe started to come off within the first month. I was always told their warranty was good so I thought it was worth the money. After 6 months of working in a hospital they look terrible and hoka said it's normal ware and tear not their fault. As a new grad nurse people don't waste your money like I did.

This is the worst shoe. I work at restaurant and my shoe slips. I tried returning the shoe and they refused. I will never recommend this shoe. I will definitely never buy again.

Just got them and the left pair is super wrinkled on one side. I don't know if it's sign of water damage or pre-own. Either ways for my first pair of Hoka I'm pretty disappointed.

The website and even inside the shoe it says it's their most cushiony shoe...That may be true for Hoka, but I purchased shoes that were a collab with Vibram and Rag & Bone and those shoes that were meant more for style, were actually way more cushiony. Yes, the plaform is rather high and a little bouncy, but it is quite hard on the inside, I wouldn't call it cushiony at all.

The ankle and the tongue area are waaaaay too stiff!!! There is no cushioning that I could feel. The entire shoe is anything but what is described for. DO NOT BUY!!! Especially if you need them to go on a long walking trip right away!!!! Soooo disappointing!!!

I'm on my feet walking at work for ten hrs a day, this shoe was very uncomfortable and rubbed my toes and made my feet sore. For the price and the hype, I was very disappointed.

Me and 3 other of my classmates got these for clinicals. We are there for 8 hours. We have to stand for long periods for surgeries. And all of our feet are killing us within a few hours. I'm sure they would be fine if you were active and moving around. But seeing as we were stuck in one spot for surgery, I would not recommend these. I literally have to convince myself to get out of my car and go into the house at the end of the day, because my feet are in so much pain.

One of the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. I work in a kitchen in a hospital and need slip resistant shoes and was very excited because I recently wore Hoka Bondi 8. Tried these and by lunchtime I was in so much pain because of the high stiff collar on my ankles. It rubbed them raw and I had to change my shoes. Super super disappointed. Now I do not know if I can return them because I wore them two times and paid $174 and now I cannot wear them anymore. I wish I had a picture of my red and swollen ankles. I would definitely post them.

I bought these for clinicals for nursing school. I've only had them one semester and since it is my first semester my clinicals are only 6 hours long once a week. These are seriously the stiffest and most uncomfortable shoes I have ever put on. I missed the return date because I couldn't break dress code and find another pair within a week. My school requires all leather shoes. I'd rather walk around the hospital with bare feet than wear these. They are awful.

I tried, kept hoping they just needed to be broken in. These are terrible. They're bulky, my feet can't breathe, they're honestly awful. I'm on my feet all day as a housekeeping manager, new company insisted black on black shoes, nonslip. So I hung up my black and white gaviota 5's and bought these. Week 2 and my left knees in agony, my back keeps catching, I'm changing socks hourly because my feet are sweating so bad and why the are these things so heavy? Whose brilliant idea was it to run the seam across the top of the toes like that and have it stick inside the shoe?

I bought this work shoe after a foot fracture. While it has ample room in the toe box, the shoe causes me terrible pain on the bottom of my feet. It feels comfortable where the fracture occurred but standing in this shoe is not comfortable.
