I have only worn Hokas for my job for years. They have saved my feet from so much pain. Being on my feet all day I developed planter fasciitis, after surgery on both feet I started wearing Hoka Bondi 8s. Then Hokas changed to the Bondi 9s which has a high back unlike the 8s. So I tried the Bondi SRs and I didn't survive 1 day at work without pain. They were not flexible or supportive enough from the start. Very stiff and felt poorly made So back to my old Bondi 8s and returned the Bondi SRs.

I am an ICU nurse, I love all my other hookahs, but this medical grade rubber shoe is not comfortable, the foot bed is not comfortable, it has no support no spring, the outer shoe is rubber and does not give, I have tried to like these, but I am back to my running hookers For work. Another nurse also stated the same thing and she ended up buying a different pair of focus. Unfortunately, a waste of hard earned money.

Thought the cushioning would be great for working all day on concrete with plantar fasciitis, I was wrong.

I have 3 pairs of Hoka , Bondi 9 , Clifton 9 and Bondi SR. The Bondi SR are fading, staining and wearing out after wearing them less than 30 days . Unfortunately I got them in late August and the return period has expired.

These squeak extremely loudly on certain floors, especially hospital floors. I bought these for nursing school, but I strongly advise against it.

Bought these because I am on my feet for 8hrs a day, and needed comfort but I really expected more from these. They have no arch support and gave me a callus I've never had

Originally I thought the shoes were uncomfortable because I needed to break them in. Fast forward 5 months later, they're definitely broken in and my feet are still screaming by the end of the day. Granted I'm on my feet ALL DAY, however I have a few pairs that I much prefer over these. Yes it's amazing when it comes to being nonslip. You can run on kitchen grease with no issue but the material is so stiff and unforgiving. Not only that but arch support is majorly lacking. I've tried numbers insoles etc but it's still mediocre compared to others especially since they are on the pricier side. I've gone back to my more affordable, extremely comfortable, will fall and busy my ass, old work shoes. 2 stars for the awesome nonslip/water resistant part. 0 for every other category, which is a shame because I was extremely excited about these and tried to love them for so long. Very disappointed HOKA.

I work in a chemical lab, so am required to wear leather shoes. After a bout with cancer , I have chemo induced neuropathy in my feet. I needed something with a wider toe box that didn’t squeeze my toes, but narrow enough to stay on my skinny foot. The Bondi was the best shoe I found. And have worn them for years. Why oh why did they change it? I was excited because I had some new color choices. But…. The SR (slip resistant) is different. Something about the sole has changed, and not for the better. Fits okay, but the support is harder/stiffer, and my feet and legs are just aching at the end of the day. I keep going back to my Bondi 8. But eventually I will wear them out. I am now having to hunt for new shoes again. I hope Hoka sees this ..

These run large. I have bought the bondi probably 8 times. I know my size. I ordered the leather Sr expecting it to fit the same as all the others. However, they are too long, too wide & heavy. I didn't return them because I had worn them to work already. As the padding wears in they getting even looser on my feet. I'm not pleased

As a server, I would not recommend getting this particular shoe. The main issue with this style is that the shoe is way too narrow and there's simply not enough toe room for it to be comfortable to stand/walk in for 10 plus hours. Another issue is with the very high arch support (this is coming from someone with pretty high arches). This combination with narrow fit is so uncomfortable (made my foot so sore at the end of the day). My last issue with this particular style is the breathability. My feet cannot breathe in this shoe. If you decide to keep this shoe, make sure to buy good socks because your feet will sweat alot.

I work on my feet for 8-10 with no break 5 days out of the week. I needed a show that supported me and for a month, this shoe was it. About a month in, I started experiencing the worst heel pain I've ever experienced. I would wear other shoes when going about my casual day to day, I would never experience any foot pain. The SECOND I put on my Hoka's, my feet are killing me. My coworkers were all considering buying Hoka's around the same time as me, I bit the bullet first. Safe to say that I did not recommend these shoe's, they are see and hear how much pain I am in.

This shoe is comfortable to wear BUT hard to get on due to a very short tongue and narrow opening. I don't wear them very often because it's a struggle to get them on. Also, they are big, clunky and, well, downright ugly.

I previously bought a pair of these in gray and they were extremely comfortable and supportive, if not awee fit too roomy in wide. They were getting a little ratty so I purchased a new pair in the peach whip color in a regular width. They really pinched my toes and f et lt far stiffer than my gray ones, so I did an exchange to 9 wires. They were a bit roomier in the toe box but still I pinched my feet and just felt too tight. I was going to try an exchange to an extra wide but they were sold out. Then I tried on a new pair of 9 wides in gray that I purchased at the same time as the peach. Perfect fit and much wider in the tie box! Something is wrong with these shoes in the new colors that Hoka should investigate. Too many are complaining they are tight and uncomfortable and that was never the case worth this model. I am exchanging my peach ones for another pair of the gray. Please look into the fit! I do not know if the size or width was tweaked with the newer colors but they are definitely not the same as the gray ones.

I gave a review , loved past Hokas saved my job but bondi sr is painful! They feel great for an hour or so then agony! They are hard ! Not true to size and rub big toe and pinky! No cushion at all! I truly regret them and just saw the guarantee , take it! They don't break in or spread or give like the ones with mesh, or normal leather they are hard molded! I have flat feet and it's like bone on bone in these. Go up a half size also, I'm 7.5 but last time got an 8 way to big in another style, I wore two pairs of socks ! Better than one pair in a 7.5 ( they were out of 7.5s then)

Sadly, I cannot recommend these shoes. They make a noise when walking in them. I think I saw this mentioned in a review prior to purchasing but disregarded. I've owned many pairs of HOKA shoes and have been very satisfied overall. This one is a dud. I've worn these outdoors for last ten days and creaking noise just started. Going to see about returning, but as I said they've been worn outside 25 miles or so.

I got these for a 12 hour shifts, they are not comfortable at all. Working 3 12s in a row trying to wear these is unbearable. After 3 hours on my feet, I wished I would've gotten different shoes. I wanted to like these so bad because of the cost, but they aren't comfortable for long wear time.

I bought these shoes to use on my clinical rotations for PA school. If you get anything on them and wipe them with soap and water the white leather turns a gray/blue color. I have only had them for a month or two and I already hate wearing them. They look so dirty.

They are not as comfortable as all the rave reviews, so I'm a bit disappointed . They also make a weird squeaking noise when I am walking around at work, which lets everyone know I am coming, which is embarrassing. I definitely want to return. The toe cap or the front of the shoe is wide which does give plenty of room in that area it was just the cushioning that everyone has raved about that wasn't there for me. I've been wearing them to work to try and break in as some reviewers suggested but still nothing except that constnat odd squeak when I walk. But they are more confortable than any pairv of N*k*'s I've tried so I am not giving up on Hoka's yet.

I am going to start with the things I love about this shoe. They are able to be cleaned easily. I do love the color. I was buying bondi 7 and 8 shoes and they were unavailable during the time I was looking to buy new shoes so I utilized the shoe finder. I put in all my specifications and it recommended this shoe. They do not support your arch and they are kind of uncomfortable. I only wear them 3 days per week. I have plantar faciatis and the lack of arch support is why my feet hurt right now. I had to buy a pair of inserts because of the lack of arch support. I would not recommend this shoe.

Bought the sneakers and have been generally really pleased with them. I love the height. I love the stability. Although truth be told they have not held up well. Every time I walk the sneakers squeak. It's actually pretty embarrassing. Additionally, the tiny piece of Rubber upfront has lifted up. I have normal wear and tear on the sneaker and that should not have happened. Both issues (this squeaking. And the craftsmanship upfront) would make me pause before purchasing again.

When I first put them on they are very comfortable and they feel like walking on an anti-fatigue mat. But then, by the end of my 8 hour shift, my calves, ankles, hips, and low back all hurt. I tried giving them time to break in. I've tried different insoles, but nothing works after wearing them I'm in pain for days on the couch with ice packs. Unfortunately it's been a couple months and I can't return them, wasted almost $200.

I have previously worn the Bondi Sr shoes for work. I am a waitress/server. I have gone thru 2 pairs and they have been great. However I don't feel the new ones are made with the same material and quality. They are made in a different country than my previous ones. They are stiff and plastic looking and feeling. I could not continue to wear them they hurt my feet and even caused pain in my knees. I have returned them and very disappointed that they seemed to be no longer a fit for me.
