Very nice for my knees and spine, hoped for better support. Will try the Gaviota 3 or 4 that seems to have almost same cushioning but better feet support, The wide has great space for the toes, great for my post surgery and low impact jogging.

I have the Bondi 6 and love them. I was hoping that the Bondi 7 would be just as comfortable. Unfortunately, they were not and I needed to return them. On the sole of the Bondi 7, the cleats or raised areas are twice as high as those on the Bondi 6. The padding in the fore foot part of the shoes is less with the Bondi 7 than it is with the Bondi 6. This meant that these raised cleats were be felt under where my toes and foot joint, and they caused pain, just walking across a carpeted floor. I can only imagine the pain they would cause walking on concrete sidewalks. The Bondi 7 is far less comfortable than the Bondi 6, so I cannot recommend it. Hoka increased their price by $20, for Bondi 7, when it is inferior to Bondi 6. What I don't understand is why manufacturers change how they make their shoes, when they have a successful, comfortable style. If they want to change anything, then change what colors they offer for the shoe, but don't change how the shoe is made. Stay with the comfort.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit because of a bunion on one foot and pronation. I recently got custom orthotics and the podiatrist recommended Bondi for my issues due to the ample padding and wide toe box. The look of the shoe leaves a lot to be desired. My feet look huge in them. It’s kind of depressing. But the important thing is that they are comfortable. My problem foot doesn’t hurt in them, I can go on long walks again and that’s all I can ask. I usually wear 7.5 W in all my shoes, but the 7 W in the Bondi fits perfectly.

I'm generally an 8.5 in most brands and the 8.5 did fit me in this style (I did try both an 8 and 8.5, as the size 8 was recommended to me). It does feel like this shoe provides a lot of cushion and I do like the look, but unfortunately for me this shoe bothered my plantar fasciitis. After just wearing them around the house for about 30 minutes I could feel the pain in my right foot start to flare up and it felt relieving to take them off. Some customers reported that this shoe helped their plantar fasciitis and I wish that were the case for me. But I am sending them back and will keep looking for a comfortable walking shoe.

I like the Hoka Bondi 7 not love them like my old Hoka Clifton 5’s. They had more foam “cushioned” feeling. I think these new Bondi are firmer and will keep my foot aligned well. So, going to keep them.

Purchased these Hokas on the recommendation of my physical therapist -- recovery from hammertoe and bunion surgery. These are the only shoes I can wear without pain in the forefoot upon walking any distance. They are really goofy looking - huge sole. Lightweight, for all their size. These have a toe bar which promotes rolling the foot forward, otherwise difficult to do when recovering from this surgery. The toe bar plus the wide toe box means I can wear these comfortably.

I needed walking shoes to support my feet because I walk about three to four miles a day. These shoes seem to propel me forward as I walk, which helps my arch. I feel as if I can go another mile or so with these shoes because there isn't any strain on my feet. These shoes were worth the price, and I would recommend them to anyone who walks a lot, whether for exercise or the job.

Fits really well and gives great support is just what the doctor ordered me to get for my problem arthritic feet.

I've been struggling with plantar fasciitis for years now and these are the first shoes that have actually HELPED. I can walk all day now and my feet hardly ache. I'm SO grateful!! The black ones go nice with my style too but the black part on the side of the shoe gets scratched easily so I had to use black sharpie on them to cover it up. Not a reason to stay away from these shoes though. I'll definitely be getting more!

I have Planters fasciitis and heel spurs, these shoes have felt the best with my 8+ hours I'm on my feet for work. It did take about two weeks for my feet to adjust to the correction and support the Bondi 7 provides, now I don't want to wear any other sneaker.

Designed for running, but I don’t, and wouldn’t, run in them. Too clunky for that, and they are also slippery (!!!) on wet surfaces. I wear these for errands, commuting (yes, I still do that) - times when I know I’ll be active and on my feet for a while. For that, they’re sturdy and supportive. Comfortably cushioned but not at all mushy. The fit is a little on the wide side, but I like the room for my toes. I have extremely narrow heels, though, and I’m able to get a good fit with a runners lock lacing - so they seem fairly adaptable for different foot shapes. Arch support is a little aggressive for my flat feet. Tolerable unless I’m standing still in the shoes for any length of time. In all, a good - if not perfect - purchase. A note on color: the ‘blue graphite’ looks black in photos and is actually a dark charcoal gray - not blue at all.

I bought these because I have plantar fasciitis and my doctor recommended them, so far so good. They're very comfortable I just wish they weren't so ugly.

From the moment I put these shoes on they felt perfect! I had fractured my femur last June 2021 and been non weight baring for months. My Orthopedic surgeon suggested Hoka's I ordered and can't say enough about the stability I feel wearing them. M

Definitely provided some support. I must admit the bottom of my feet starts to get sore only when I have a rough night at work and on my feet the majority of my 12 hour shift. Let’s just say, they provide a whole lot more support then any other sneakers I’ve purchased In the past.

This is the best shoe I have found for comfort mile after mile. The only improvement I would suggest is making the tread last longer so I can wear the shoes longer.

I work 12 hour shifts in a busy hospital (however show me a not busy one!) and my feet ached by the end of the day. So I invested in some Hoka's at the recommendation of my peers. I was thrilled and willing to pay the price tag if it meant my feet would no longer hurt. And they don't! .now. These shoes are a solid product but took me nearly two solid months to break in to my feet. And that adjustment period was difficult. Going from Hoka to Hoka might not be so difficult but going from Nike to Hoka was.

Very comfortable and hugs a high arch. Does not put too much pressure on the top of my fore foot as some shoes have. Probably would not choose the solid black again as it resembles an orthotic shoe.
