I am a nurse. A little on the fluffy side of weight. I work 40 to 60 hours a week. When I wore thes e shoes to work, I almost cried at the end of my shift. Tears of joy because my legs didn't hurt!! These shoes are amazing!! I had pep in my step and my energy was great because my legs were not hurting!! But 2 months later I am back to achey feet and legs. I am a little disappointed the support did not last longer.

I ordered my usual size 7 and they’re too big. Very comfortable though. I have wide feet and a bunion and the regular width seems fine. I don’t
t like the way they look, too clunky, so I’m returning and not exchanging for the smaller size.

This is an excellent shoe for days when I am standing all day at work, lots of cushion and bounce. My feet and legs still feel good. I do add arch support in the form of a full length insert, recommended by my podiatrist. On walks of 5miles or more I can tell that my right foot isn’t quite fit to the shoe. This is not a problem I have ever experienced with other shoes and I have been trying to adjust the laces. I have not tried a 10 mile walk yet and I’m not looking forward to it. Nevertheless, the shoe is excellent for standing all day.

These are very comfortable, but I wish I had sized down 1/2 size. I’m worried they are going to stretch. Sadly I wore them outside.

Great for people that are always on their feet! It's just a bit too expensive. I know people will run away because of the price and I will probably just get one pair at a time.

I ordered one size bigger in a walking/running shoe which is what I always do and they are a bit big - wish I would have ordered a smaller size. I'm wearing thick socks so it works okay. The shoe itself is great and very supportive.

These shoes are extremely comfortable & fit me perfectly. It’s so nice to have extra long quality shoe strings too. The only thing I’m not so fond about is that they are a little more clunky, the forward sole is flared a bit for stability. Keep in mind I have big feet so these make my feet look enormous. If you have smaller or normal foot size they should look fine. Also these have a very thick sole, so you’ll be taller. For me this perfect, my feet never complain so I wear them anyway. I think comfort trumps looks, and I’ll get used to them.

I have worn these for about a month. The color is starting to peel off the side sole, but I do not want to send them back and not have them to wear. These shoes help me work through 3 twelve hour shifts without foot or leg pain. No "breaking in " needed!

Bought this running shoe b/c I read an article that reviewed them as being a very comfortable shoe for those with foot and ankle problems. I have severe plantar fasciitis and tendonitis (from running) and unfortunately this shoe is not it for me. I wear a 9 and ordered my size. They felt true to size, but a little too wide (roomy). The shoe itself is "big" in style. It did not feel comfortable and the arch support was not good enough for my fallen arches. Just another expensive shoe. Sadly going back and the search continues:(

After walking in them for 12 h, they were too soft and I needed a sturdier arch support. The Bondi was much better.

As a full-time nurse anesthetist, my feet ached everyday after work. I got the Bondi 7 to see what all the hoka fuss was about. While there isn't as much arch support as I would have liked, the sole feels incredible. I feel like every step is on those gel mats for standing. The arch support can be easily remedied with an insert. I have plenty of room in the shoe for a nagging bunion. I am very happy with the shoe. Hopefully it will last a good long time!

I am walking 5-6 miles a day no matter season and weather conditions. HOKA IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE shoes except one problem I am having with both pairs of shoes after about 3 moth... I had wholes in the fabric inside the both shoes.

Really like the bondi7 for shin splints, but have gone through two pairs and they only last 2 - 2 1/2 months at the most. Wish for the price they would last longer.

Sizing seems a bit off, but the extra thick soul has reduced the pain from Plantar Fasciitis and bunion pain in my other foot. I'm in them all day and would recommend buying them in a shoe store for proper sizing, but aside from that I would highly recommend them if you have plantar fasciitis or bunion pain.

So very comfortable. I bought these when I was looking for walking shoes. While trying on in the store, I couldn't believe how great my feet were feeling. I wish they were available in Navy otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

I need the shoes for walking my dogs in a suburban setting and general purpose. They are definitely well cushioned for walking on pavement. Unfortunately the HOKA fitter did not recommend a model with more stability and support. By the end of the day, my feet hurt and I need to change to other shoes. I over pronate due to flat arches. I tried an over the counter orthotic but that made the shoe too small. Perhaps a custom orthotic will give me more comfort. Otherwise the shoe is made well and looks attractive.
I will be trying a different model for my next HOKA shoe

IThese were initially very comfortable, but after 10-15 minutes, my right foot began to develop numbness, which is a problem for me. I tried loosening the laces and adjusting in various ways and no success in changing the situation. I did several try on sessions spaced apart. The toe box was relatively roomy. They were totally orthopedic looking and clunky. I had planned to use these for walking (2-6 miles/day) and wearing around, but I couldn't get over the look and knew they would only be used for walking. Not worth the $160 dollars to me and I still had the compromise of numbness. I ordered a 7.5 and they had plenty of room between toes and ends.

Wanted a more comfortable shoe for walking. I find the Bondi 7 is the shoe I want to wear everyday & all day, not just when I'm trying to get my 5 miles in.
When I need to replace due to wear, I might try the standard width rather than a wide.

I am in my late 60's and was having a little nerve pain along the right side of my right foot. My podiatrist told me to buy this exact shoe which would raise up my heel which was putting pressure on nerves. It felt better in one day. I am not fond of the chunkyness of the sneakers today (I am from the world of Keds) but I must admit that they are comfortable and took the pain away.

Very nice for my knees and spine, hoped for better support. Will try the Gaviota 3 or 4 that seems to have almost same cushioning but better feet support, The wide has great space for the toes, great for my post surgery and low impact jogging.

I have the Bondi 6 and love them. I was hoping that the Bondi 7 would be just as comfortable. Unfortunately, they were not and I needed to return them. On the sole of the Bondi 7, the cleats or raised areas are twice as high as those on the Bondi 6. The padding in the fore foot part of the shoes is less with the Bondi 7 than it is with the Bondi 6. This meant that these raised cleats were be felt under where my toes and foot joint, and they caused pain, just walking across a carpeted floor. I can only imagine the pain they would cause walking on concrete sidewalks. The Bondi 7 is far less comfortable than the Bondi 6, so I cannot recommend it. Hoka increased their price by $20, for Bondi 7, when it is inferior to Bondi 6.
What I don't understand is why manufacturers change how they make their shoes, when they have a successful, comfortable style. If they want to change anything, then change what colors they offer for the shoe, but don't change how the shoe is made. Stay with the comfort.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit because of a bunion on one foot and pronation. I recently got custom orthotics and the podiatrist recommended Bondi for my issues due to the ample padding and wide toe box. The look of the shoe leaves a lot to be desired. My feet look huge in them. It’s kind of depressing. But the important thing is that they are comfortable. My problem foot doesn’t hurt in them, I can go on long walks again and that’s all I can ask. I usually wear 7.5 W in all my shoes, but the 7 W in the Bondi fits perfectly.

I'm generally an 8.5 in most brands and the 8.5 did fit me in this style (I did try both an 8 and 8.5, as the size 8 was recommended to me). It does feel like this shoe provides a lot of cushion and I do like the look, but unfortunately for me this shoe bothered my plantar fasciitis. After just wearing them around the house for about 30 minutes I could feel the pain in my right foot start to flare up and it felt relieving to take them off. Some customers reported that this shoe helped their plantar fasciitis and I wish that were the case for me. But I am sending them back and will keep looking for a comfortable walking shoe.
