Started walking with my hubby in the evenings and needed a good shoe for that purpose. These shoes seem true to size and width. They seem pretty comfortable so far. The arch support is very good and possibly too good if you have very flat feet I am thinking they might be a little much. I say that because I feel like my feet want to cramp ever so slightly and I wonder if it is the arches or if I am just "breaking them in".

If you are between sizes order up. I wear a 7.5 and and 8 depending. Unfortunately, I had to return these. I recently tried on a friend's Hoka Arshi 4 and loved them. Unfortunately, they no longer make that shoe and the Hoka Arshi 5 goes up super high behind the ankle. I noticed these were a lower profile so I ordered but unfortunately they didn't work for me. The shoe bed padding was decent but the ankle support was intense. Even if you look at the pictures of the shoe you can see that it comes to a V in the back of the shoe. The V was very stiff and my ankle felt like it was being squeezed and I only tried on the shoe for about 2 minutes in my house. I couldn't imagine actually exercising in these because for sure I would get blisters. Maybe someone who likes a tight support around their ankles will like this shoe. I feel the style is ok. I like a neutral shoe and personally these are a tad too jazzy looking for me but I would have comprised on that if the comfort had been there.

These shoes have helped my plater fasciitis SO MUCH. The rocker sole has retrained me on how to walk again. I was walking weird avoiding the pain in my foot which caused more pain in different parts of my foot. These shoes allowed me to walk comfortably without pain and retrain my feet. I can't wait to buy a second pair! Walking my dog 3 miles now...before I could barely go a mile. I am so happy to feel better!!!

The shoes are well made. I little to heavy. Fits well but made my planter fasciitis hurt more especially in the arch

I was skeptical, but I made the purchase anyway. I'm so glad I did. I picked up running when I turned 30, and as time has marched on I've been afraid that I'd have to give it up as my knees and hips began to ache after a mile. These shoes have revitalized my hobby. I can run for 6-10 miles at a time now and feel no knee, ankle, or hip pain afterwards like I used to. They are worth the investment.

I absolutely love my Bondi 7 shoes! I've had six constructive foot surgeries, and these are the only shoes I can comfortably wear for long periods of time. I'll be buying Hoka always!

Very soft and squishy support, which feels great. But, for some reason it makes my foot sore- either the arch or the area just before the toes(balls of my foot?). Maybe my feet aren't used to such padding.

Have narrow foot. Love the shoe but have to use insert after insert to keep foot from slipping. Need to make narrow width.

10 years ago I had surgery for a Morton's neuroma. Right around that time, I started seeing runners at Marathons wearing Hokas. I asked one of the pacers about these shoes and she explained that these shoes have allowed her to continue running comfortably after all of her issues and surgeries with her feet. I tried hoka vanquish (I think) then later the bondi's. They have the cushioning, stability, and wide toe box that I require even with narrow feet. If I could have any change, I would request the adjustable lacing system that does not require tying. I've tried to run in other shoes but it's the hoka bondi that I always return to.

Love these shoes, but will have to return. Have worn various model Hokas for 10 years--about 28-30 pairs in all. Have worn same size, same socks, same orthotics, same everything, on the same terrain... but this shoe is agony. After 20 minutes my left foot shifts forward against the side of the toe box, creating some truly ungodly blisters. After trying differnt socks, diferent orthotics, lancing multiple blisters every night for a week and being unable to run more than 2 miles, I'm done. Seeing podiatrist tomorrow. Great-looking shoe, wanted to love it but there's some kind of structural flaw here.

The Bondi's are so comfortable and now I do not have any issues with pain when running. They are perfect for people who are on their feet all day too and with the great return policy they have just try them and see for yourself how great these shoes are.
