I ordered wide , as I have for my other Bondis because I have enlarged bunions. Even though the overall shoe looked wide, the foot bed was NOT. The shoes were tight and I could tell they would hurt after a long wearing. All the width was in the outer sole, which doesn't do the fit any good. Had to return.

I initially bought these shoes because I was having severe foot pain. I researched and talked to others. They came highly recommended. I even went to a specialty running store to be fitted before ordering. At first I was very pleased. I am a mother of 8 and on my feet all day and my foot pain was nearly eliminated by wearing these. However, in the last 2 weeks it seems the structure of the shoe has failed. The left one squeaks with every step and both are causing very painful callouses on the inside of my foot near the big toe. I'm very disappointed that they did not last more than 3 months. The cost of the shoe was a big stretch for us (see the part about having 8 kids) and I definitely do not feel like I got my moneys worth. If you can afford to buy new ones every 2 months or you don't plan to wear them daily they are a great shoe. Otherwise, I'd suggest you keep looking.

I wear these every day. They are comfortable. But the cushions in the heel backs are squishy. Every time I put them on I have to push the soft stuff up. But when I slide my feet in, m to heels push the ER stuff down again. Bondi 6 was better. And Bondi 5.

The cushion is great, giving great padding between my sole and the sidewalk. I wore through a pair of regular width, but with sad calluses on my big toe, so I tried the same size in wide. While there was a bit more room across the ball of my foot and for my little toe, the curve at the big toe doesn't actually fit well with foot anatomy as it pushes the big toe in. I would much rather sacrifice that pretty curved look at the toes and be able to have my big toe sit straight. It could still be attractive and work with foot anatomy, Hoka. So off to test out other brands.

I previously had the Bondi 6 and loved them. The Bondi 7 are a different fit---heel seems wider but toe box feels more narrow. I've tried to make them work but after nursing 2 blisters I'm throwing in the towel.

This was rated as their most cushiony shoe. As such, I expected more cushion. A bit hard for my liking. I got a wide, which was good. I am returning because it didn't feel like there was any arch support to me and the heel part seemed very narrow and was rubbing against both of my feet on the inside of my heel.

The Hoka Bondi 7's were comfortable although they were a tad too long. However, they looked like Frankenstein shoes on me since I needed to order the wide width after reading some of the reviews that said they ran narrow. I don't think that a medium width would have worked for me in this shoe. I will have to send them back and look for something else. I don't need a running shoe, just something really comfortable for walking.

These are gigantic, overly cushioned shoes that feel more like bedroom slippers. They run wide and the soles add an inch of height. Nice colors, but make my feet look huge in them and they affect my gait in a bad way.

The soles are very cushioned. I have a very high arch so I wear custom orthodics which fit into the shoe nicely. The deal-breaker is that the tongue and the seams around the tongue caused immediate pain on the top of my foot. I even ordered a wide directly from Hoka as Zappos was sold-out of my size. I must return those as well. I ordered some Allbrids Tree Dashers and hoping they work.

The tongue kills the top of my right foot. It's not my shoelaces, and I've had Bondi's before. Fix this for the 8's please!

I wish Hoka would stop messing with designs that work. The last shoes I bought 2 pair of were Bondi 6, 9D. Fit perfectly. Roomy and super cushioned. So when they were on their last legs, I tried the Bondi 7. They are narrower than the 6, but only slightly. I could have lived with that, but there's something off about the arch. You can actually feel it digging into the sole of your foot. That shouldn't be. The same thing happened when I used the Clifton line. They 'improve' on an excellent model and screw it up. I am ready to give up on Hoka. Who else manufactures shoes with these great cushions, though? So frustrating.

I walk 5 miles a day on blacktop, I need squish in my shoes and nothing pushing my toes inward. I Tried these out in a wide for my feet that are happiest in a wide toe box design. I am a die hard Altra fan b/c of the toe box but they switched up the tongue in their Torin to something resembling a razor blade. Sadly, my feet were still not happy in these Bondis, sent them back feeling like Goldilocks, and I’m back on the hunt!

I was so excited about these shoes. I've been contemplating purchasing these for months. I walk a lot, about 12,000 steps or around 6 miles daily. In my search for the most comfortable walking shoes, I kept hearing about HOKA. Finally, I purchased my first pair and I was underwhelmed. I have big feet so I expected the shoes to be big, but these are huge! They are so bulky and awkward. The cushion in the sole is nice but the insole rubs on the inside of my arch, eventually causing a blister. I will probably have to replace the insole if I want to keep using these. I am a bit disappointed because these do not solve for my ultimate goal of helping me meet my walking goals and they definitely weren't cheap.

It felt very comfortable out of the box and certainly plush padding. However, I have extremely flat feet and experiences pretty strong arch pain within the first 15 minutes of wearing it on a walk. I wore it for a total of 2 hours on the walk and did have discomfort on my archs, but no blisters, rubbing or hot spots. Just not for me. I'm trying other HOKA shoes with more support and we'll see!

I want a shoe that I can run/walk 5 miles at a time. The plush inside is perfect but I need a wide toe box. I get a callus on the side of my second toe facing the big toe on both feet. I was told to buy a wide width but I have skinny feet. I did buy a wide width
Once and the shoe was too big so I love the plush but hate the narrow toe box.

They sure are comfortable, just what I needed after my ankle bone fusion . Only drawback is that I hear them crunch from sides.

This is the second pair of Hoka One One Bondi I have ordered. The last pair was Bondi 6 and it was much more comfortable. This shoe really rubbed the side of my foot. The toe box is wide!! It was the outer side of my foot from last toe to the heal. I walked in them only for 2 days, but that was enough. I'm disappointed that HOKA changed the design of this shoe.

I use the shoes five days a week to do intense workouts. It's a great show but it seems to be half a size too big. I feel there is just too much wiggle room at the base.
