Great Merino, fits well & keeps me warm. The Colors of this top and many others I have are fun to wear, makes a cold dreary winter cheerful & warm! This is a promotion, but all true!

I purchased two Womens merino 250 baselayer tops and they are very beautiful. The 250 is very well made and substantial in weight. I can wear this casually and in the office.

This is my "Go-to" for cold weather activities. Skiing, hiking or backpacking. Merino wool is THE BEST!. It has a broad temperature range for comfort. Feels wonderful next to skin. Being able to use it on multiple days before laundering definitely helps the intrepid adventurer. Smartwool does a fantastic job with the fit and graphics!

Ordered product in 2 sizes. Kept 1, returned 1. Size x-small fits well.

I love this shirt: the sleeves are plenty long, without tugging; the fit is slim but not tight and restrictive;, the black and white print is a nice change from solid colours; the material is stretchy, soft and comfy.

A great layer in my 40-degree weather

Soft, warm, and moisture-wicking. My favorite base layer for winter cycling and skiing. I never feel clammy.

I replaced my 11 year old Smartwool base layer pants and shirt. My old version had been worn so much that it sprouted holes. I love the pattern on the new version, but it's much thicker than the older versions and therefore the fit (which I did check prior to ordering with the Size Guide online) is a little tighter than my usual. And thicker than what I'm used to for layering. I'll have to adjust the rest of my layers. Great quality, though, and still nice and warm.

Bought as a gift two years ago. Recipient requested another as it is a favorite. Did not care about color just wanted another one.

As always the base layer fit perfectly. The sleeves were long enough as I have problems at times because I have longer arms. I have not worn the base layer for a hike however I will do another review once I do.

I have lots of Smartwool tops, in the 150, short- and long-sleeved,and in this 250, classic thermal I love this one because it is 100% wool and it never gets stinky. That makes it perfect for every day and for cold weather travel. I buy new tops when there is a color I like, preferably in jewel tones. This new one is Emerald Green. I wear these under fleece jackets when the temperature dips, and alone when it warms a little.

I bought one then after a day I ordered another. Then my hubby ordered 3-different colors. So, yeah, my family loves this shirt!!

The first one I purchased was the soft gray patterened on. I am 103 LBs and 5'2", I got the small. I loved it from the moment I put it on!!! great fit...right next to my skin, soft and warm. It is easy to layer over and cute enough to wear as an outer garment. I purchased another one right away.

Love these tops, they are a little long on me as I am only 4'1" but I purposely shrink them a bit and they are so comfy. They keep me warm without overheating and look nice enough to wear as a shirt not just a baselayer.

Use this as the baselayer for skiing. It was -5 and windy. But this baselayer kept me warm with just a thin midlayer and insulated outter jacket.

I love these during winter. I'm starting to collect several colors. They are so soft for wool and very warm. I'm wearing these just about everyday throughout the week.

Great color and comfy

I'm a super-fan (I wear these EVERYDAY, all year round as tops as well as base layer) and am always looking to add new colourful/interesting crews to my collection. Smartwool is my favourite brand for fit, quality and value. However, I continue to be disappointed with the pattern choices and a few of this season's colours have been 'near-misses'/almosts. Glad to talk about your product anytime.

Took a trip from Texas to Wisconsin. I was hugely impressed with the softness and warmth of my base layer and sock purchase!

I wear these crews as everyday wear and athletic wear. I miss the extra softness of the old style of these crews.
