So cute, easy to put on, and our toddler is doing great in them.

Easy to get on and off , very"cozy" around the ankle area and love the wide toe box!

Love the Velcro closure! Easy on, easy off and seem super warm

It works. Barefoot style and wide enough. We looked at at least 20 different shoes for baby (10 months and walking) and this was the winner!

Cutest shoes ever. Comfy and nice quality. The sole is really flexible for new walkers. Love Merrells bare steps shoes. Hoping they continue making more selections!

My 2 daughter walks/runs sooooo well in these! They are super easy to take on and off a well. AND they are so adorable!

These are so cute, warm and easy for my daughter! She is almost 2 and barely sits still so the Velcro/large opening makes it easy to slip them on while still having the appearance of a tie shoe. I purchased a 6 and they fit exactly as I expected. As always, we love our Merrels!

My 16 month old is in love with her new boots! These are the shoes she wants to wear for her walks- clearly showing that they are as comfy as they are cute! They appear to be of great quality.

The environmentally friendly shearling is not throughout, only at the ankle. I would call it trimming, not lining. Not whole leather upper, which was expected for the price. Would probably work for dry weather. Sneakers would serve the same purpose.

We live in Maine with a petite 1 y.o. who is learning to walk/run/climb and loves the outdoors. Cool, wet weather doesnt really end here until May. To find tiny footwear (size 4!) to meet these needs was a challenge until we found the Bare Steps Cocoa Jr. Boot. Our little one didnt skip a step when she put those on and went out exploring.

We LOVE these boots for our 18months old (she started wearing them since 15months). She had been a barefoot child and these are her first actual shoes. The toe box is so wide and she gets a lot of wiggle room. Super easy to put on. She gets compliments everywhere she goes. The only down side is that the velcro is already weak and OFTEN come off and she hasnt even worn them for the whole one season yet. Besides the fact its annoying to having to fix the velcro often, its dangerous because it could cause her to trip over if the velcro comes off mid action. Want to believe we just got a defect pair as we would love to get the same pair but bigger in size next year

I like the flexible sole, wide toe box and over flatness of the sole. It's hard to find affordable good quality shoes that support our children's foot development. My only issue is that the the Velcro seems to be a tad short (still goes over the foot but tight) and that it sometimes pops off, would be better if it was stronger as I want these shoes to last.

My little granddaughter & I took off to the playground in her new Merrels. She was having so much fun climbing, sliding, swinging & running. No one would have guessed that it was the first time wearing her new shoes. And they kept her feet nice and warm.

These boots are adorable for my daughter, they keep her feet warm and dry. Shes only two but she can easily take them off herself with the nice velcro close on them.

I love these shoes, but I would prefer if the fur was also inside for better heat retention. My daughter was complaining about cold of her feet. Need to wear very good socks.

Beautiful shoes that my daughter loves, but they are not made to the same quality standards as other Merrell shoes. After less then a week, the shoes looked very old and used. They have held up very well in regards to the overall design, but the materials they are made from are lacking on other levels. Makes me question getting another pair like this for my daughter as she gets older.

The straps keep coming off.Though its a pretty comfortable shoe
