The bottom of the soul started to fall off, and the lining started to come unwind. Would not recommend. Overpriced and trash.

I have many adidas shoes. Most of my shoes are adidas and they are my favorite brand of shoes. These were such a disappointment. I've had them for 3 months hoping that maybe they just need to be broken into, but sadly that is not the case. I have the 2018 version of these that I used for running and those don't give me any problems but these are a different story. I don't know how different they are but my toes , lateral and medial sides of my feet hurt. There are even days I don't walk that much and they still hurt. Maybe they'll work for running but i don't recommend if you stand and walk for long periods of time. Also I am not too picky with shoes. I've never had a problem with any shoe hurting.

Great fit and style but bad quality and did not even last even a year.

I bought these 8/5 and I use them to walk around 3 miles around town with my kids everyday. They are comfortable but I ALREADY have a hole in the sole. How do 150 "running shoes" fall apart so fast. I've ran a total of 1/2 mile in them. Everyone I know said these are great, so either I got a bad batch or these are trash. I'd hope that adidas produces better shoes than these are/were

My shoes are already wearing out and I have only had them for 4 months. I am so disappointed especially since these are so expensive. I contacted customer service and was told it is normal wear and tear. This is not a quality product.

The product is wider than the same size Solarboost I bought 3 months ago. I am very suprised at the difference.

I wore these shoes while running (less than 5 miles each time) and the plastic eyelet thing which the laces go through ripped so they are no longer able to be laced up and thus nonfunctional. Without an itemized receipt, Adidas says they cannot offer me any help (despite me buying them within the last year and only wearing them 5 times as evidenced by the cleanliness and lack of wear on the soles). I would not recommend this product. For how much they cost, you should be able to get more than 5 uses out of them (or at least receive support if you got a flawed pair). And if you do buy them, keep your receipts for at least a full year.

Bought these shoes as a gift for my girlfriend. The material towards the top of the shoe came undone after she wore them once. I have been trying to contact customer service about it but cannot get in touch with anyone. Been an adidas guy the last couple of years and wanted to switch her over but these shoes didn't last 1 day and I'm upset that the fabric on a brand new shoe was that bad.

So we ordered these new shoes and the insole inside of them is absolutely filthy, its like its been worn already with bare feet, there are hairs and dirt stains all over them, you can see the footprint. We've been back and fourth with customer support and they have been so unhelpful. My girlfriend hasn't even tried them on because the soles are disgusting.

These shoes hurt my feet so bad!!! Want to love them but after a few times giving them a try they just don't get any better! Super disappointed!

This is my 4th pair and I love ultra boosts! They are so cute and comfortable! The only complaint I have is this pair came with a little smudge on them (white pair) and no one seems to be able to help me exchange them :-(.

After a long work day my feet were in pain. I have been wearing adidas for over 10 yrs and have never had a bad pair. this by far was the worst pair

I am so disappointed!! I have been a faithful UltraBoost wearer for YEARS! I've had multiple pairs of the UltraBoost original and the 19's which I've loved!! And as a long time runner sticking with the best was super important to me! But the 20's have let me down so much! The new heel lock drives the centre of my foot forward and due to the shoe now feeling like a more rigid shoe, gives me a distinct pain up my shin while wearing them. Also, due to the shoe being more form fitted and rigid than the 19's were, the shoe feels very tight in the toe area and almost as if I need to go up in size. (When I've always worn the same size in the UltraBoost over the years). But I didn't want to put all my judgement in one experience before properly testing them both wearing all day, and running multiple times, and unfortunately even after nearly a week, just all the same problems! Not able to refund them because I wore them outside obviously, but wishing so much I just purchased and stuck with a new pair of Ultraboost 19's. Might have to go elsewhere to trial a new running shoe.
